This ice pick did not cause any issues for me. What's not to like about ice picks? I've used and sold a lot of them in my ice plant over the last 60 years and found them to be excellent.

😏. That night, I must've had a few drinks. Three of these and three of a different style were purchased. Your app requires the addition of a breathalyzer. Lol!.
The basis for my purchase was a combination of these picks' features. The handle and steel picks are sturdy and durable, the price was reasonable (I got three picks for less than many single picks were advertised), shipping was free and quick, and the steel is a nice 5 inches in length.
Junk! This is a one-time use. aways. It might be appropriate for a beach party or camping trip where keeping them safe isn't a priority. All three of my ice picks came packaged, and I was the first to use them, so there were no issues. It's the quality that's bothering me. Each of the three ice picks had a loose cap. I'm not going to return them because, with the pandemic and everything, it's just not worth my time, but I'm hoping that a small screw installed in the center of the top cap will solve the problem. Two dents on the cap's side hold it in place. Unfortunately, only one dent is in the center. The dent on the cap's second side is barely visible.
I'd like to point out that I was fully aware that at this price point, I wouldn't be getting a high-quality product; These, on the other hand, are only mediocre at best, with unfinished wood handles that could splinter. The metal end caps are not secured to the wood at the end of the wooden handles. The metal is pressed into the wood, resulting in a sloppy fit. The metal shaft itself is in good working order. I believe, however, that I would prefer to have just one high-powered weapon. Three low-quality ice picks are preferable to one high-quality ice pick.
Two of the boxes were opened, indicating that they were probably returns. Two of these had already been opened when they arrived. Let me guess, someone opened them, saw how bad they were, and returned them to the company, who then repackaged them and sent them to me? Because they are HORRIBLE, this is most likely what happened. No part of these is sturdy, and they are literally falling apart in my hands. I think I'll be able to use one of them, but not the other two. I'm using it for crafting, not as an ice pick, just to poke holes in clothing to put studs in. If you're buying it for ice, DO NOT BUY! Look for another activity. Because I'm willing to bet $1,000 that the first time you use it, it will break. The parts are so loose that they move around and make a clinking sound, and the construction is awful. To be honest, I'm annoyed that these are marketed as ice picks because there's no way these flimsy things could ever withstand ice.
I live in a hot climate, so I enjoy freezing a large chunk of ice and creating small glaciers to cool my drink. I've previously purchased icepicks, but these are both inexpensive and of excellent quality!.
Breaking up ice with a pick is much easier than slamming a bag against the counter, sink, or dropping it on the floor. There's always the possibility of those surfaces chipping, denting, or being damaged. This handy little pick makes breaking up ice into usable pieces for glasses and water bottles a breeze. br>br>It's also useful for removing the vacuum-sealed surfaces that are placed over the spouts of items such as shampoo bottles. I've had to spend a lot of time looking for something to jab them with before biting the ripped part and pulling them out. It is far more efficient to use this pick. I strongly advise you to purchase them.
Although they are poorly constructed, the material is of good quality. Only two small punches hold the sheet metal to the handle in the part that holds everything together. That's woefully insufficient. As a result, you'll need to get a punch and make four more punches. They could have punched a few more holes if they cared about their product, and it wouldn't have taken long.
