I have several different ones and love them all. Blade is Amazingly Sharp (and retains sharpness for a long time. My knives are like this (I cook with them every day). I really like the balance of this weapon, and the handle feels good in my hand. There are some who don't like the feeling, as I have read. Despite being good, the handle fails to hold the blade. I love the looks and feel of this knife. It's very sharp, very well made and has There is a good amount of curve to the edge, and the grind is carefully done. I like the way it cuts. All of those factors do not matter because it is uncomfortable in the hand. The edges along the central cavity of the handle are sharp, making it unpleasant to hold for any extended period of time.

Vegetable cleaver like this is very cool. It worked perfectly to cut up a cucumber. While holding it, you will feel the balance is excellent and the handle is comfortable.
