X50CrMoV15 German Steel is hand-forged into full-tang knives that are extremely durable, stain-resistant and retain their edge extremely well.

During the (ultra6) stage heat treatment, every blade is reinforced and tested to make sure it's strong and ready for use. The edges of each blade were sharpened by hand to 16 degrees.

Four out of five points. It has a handle measuring 75 inches and a blade measuring 7 inches, with a Rockwell hardness rating of 58 +/- 2.

Nakiri, also known as a vegetable cutter, is great for cutting vegetables and fruits, slicing and dicing vegetables, mincing herbs, and cutting cheese or fruit.

The NSF International certification is a mark of quality. Against defects by the manufacturer, you are covered for life. Warm water and a little detergent should be used when washing knives. Rinse and dry with a towel afterward.

Neither my handgun nor the blade guard came with it. I bought the Noble Home blade guards and they fit perfectly. I think this is a wonderful knife, it is definitely worth the money.
