It's my go-to chefs knife because it's light but sturdy in my hand. to use a knife for everything For my cooking prep work, this was the best purchase I've ever made.

What's the difference between this one and b0000tpbvy, which is slightly less expensive? Weight and dementia are two different things. However, in the photo, they appear to be the same. ?

The one I have is the more expensive. It shreds the chicken and vegetables as if they were paper. Perhaps one is used to chopping vegetables because of the lower cost. br>Notice the "made in Germany" stamp on my knife.

extremely sharp, and reassuringly light I actually bought it as a test and had never used one before

On thicker items, such as a whole head of cabbage, the wide blade drags a little, but it's razor sharp. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't available in the Four Star or Four Star II lines, which would have matched the ones I already own, but that's just me being picky. I'm thinking about giving it another star once I've had more experience with it. It's difficult to go wrong with Zwilling cutlery, and any issues I have with it are more my fault than the cleaver itself.
