What you mean is unclear to me. It seems unlikely, but I am not sure. Having no trouble holding and manipulating the knife is wonderful for me. Here is a translation I hope

Comparing it to a conventional edge, I am unsure of what a serrated edge would be. There is a wave-like appearance to the teeth. My only other bread knife was not as sharp as this one and it works a lot better. In order to avoid accidentally cutting myself, I keep the knife in its cover while I work. Whether you want to cut through hard rolls or do anything else with it, this blade cuts through them all,
From tip to handle (as measured on the cutting side), my blade measures 18 and one half inches in length. Approximately 5 inches is the length of the handle. I decided to measure the overall length of my knife and it is 23 and one half inches.

We can see in the second picture what the Victorinox does when it I was able to make perfect very thin slices with no effort and without any squishing on my part. It is great. It fits my hands, which are medium to small, the handle is comfortable, the blade is great, and it handles all kinds of cutting. (including old crust, all types of veggies, garlic, fruit, meat etc. ) except for abnormally large items without muss or fuss. Although it probably can be cleaned in the dishwasher, I don't submerge it because that pits and dulls any blade, and I store it in a sheath so that it stays just like it is - The knife is great.
I'm not a chef, but I'm a cook and baker who loves this knife. In the past, I have tried various knives and never really found anything that seemed to be the perfect fit. Eventually, I was introduced to victorinox fibrox knives through a forum that I frequent and decided to give one a shot. As for the santoku knives, I have had one for nearly a year now and they have met my expectations. This set of knives is nice and sharp, and can be washed in the dishwasher. In the everyday course of living, it is not always feasible to wash our hands while we are in the shower. Additionally, our housemate always throws things into the dishwasher, whether or not they are dishwasher-safe, so I need to make sure that I have items that can be put into the dishwasher in case anything goes wrong. I haven't had any problems with the edge while being abused like this.
It couldn't be more perfect. In my case, I bought the 7" after having bought another highly rated 10" that proved to be much too large The slicer went right through my homemade sourdough with an apple in between. Glad to hear that.
The use of. I have used it to slice soft and crusty breads, and it has held up remarkably I am definitely going to continue to purchase.
It was hard to maintain a correct, sharp edge on a set of Wusthof knives and I replaced them with Victorinox a few knives at a time while my daughter now owns a set of Wusthof knives.
I like it. Honestly, I think you will be hard-pressed to find a better deal at this price. Fresh bread sliced cleanly is almost effortless thanks to the great balance and sharp edge of the knife.
Victorinox is one of my favorite brands. The only knives we use in the kitchen are theirs. While they are more expensive than some other brands, I have never had any problems with any of the knives of this brand. This bread knife has worked great for several The only thing you need to watch out for is that it cuts like As my father-in-law was cutting into a hamburger bun without thinking about how shaped they are, he cut into his hand.
It is an excellent bread knife. No matter how hard a job is, it works fantastically Bread should be cooked. I like it because it's really light and a little thin, but it works well. Ours hasn't dulled after being with us for over a year.
