I was looking into getting a butcher knife or cleaver. The knife's price and quality surprised me, and the handle has a nice feel and weight to it. It effortlessly sliced through meat and vegetables! Just keep in mind that it is extremely sharp! Because my knife block doesn't have room for it and I don't want to keep it in the drawer, I wash it and return it to the box it came in. Again, I say; It's a razor's edge, so use caution!.
