Steel of exceptional quality

This knife was purchased to be used as a paring knife, but the handle was too small for my large hands, so I only gave it four stars. I decided to use the knife as a letter opener because the handle fit so well. An edged piece of paper is extremely difficult to work with. This knife is now one of the sharpest in my collection after being sharpened. The knife is made of German steel and is made in China. I've discovered that the steel they use is Great Steel. br> I would recommend Scanpan knives to anyone with small to medium hands who enjoys the style.

Are you making an effort to consume more fruits and vegetables? This knife is almost flawless! Ideal weight, ergonomics, sharpness, and size for chopping vegetables and fruits. Scanpan products are excellent and do an excellent job.
