These knives are amazing. I adore them. They're razor-sharp and extremely comfortable in my small hands. However, it is a little too small for my husband's needs. They allowed me to cut all of the smaller, less difficult vegetables and fruits with precision. I wouldn't use them on large potatoes, winter squash, or a pineapple, for example, because the combination of their small size and a harder fruit or vegetable could be dangerous. br>They're also cheap enough that I can replace them if they get worn out.
I cut myself getting it out of the package because the serrated edge was very sharp. They're fantastic for vegetables. Tomatoes should be thinly sliced without being squished. Trimming fat from meats is a breeze with this tool. If you don't have any steak knives, these will suffice (they don't have a pointy tip, but I don't stab my meat anyway).
I bought these after reading about them in a cooking magazine. Wow, these three serrated-edged mini knives are razor-sharp and excel at cutting fruits and vegetables. Because they are small, they will require the use of additional knives to cut larger items such as melon and pineapple. This is a fantastic addition to my knife collection.
We've bought knives from both good and bad stores, but these are by far the best. They're small, but they're razor sharp, which is exactly what you want in a good knife for cutting and chopping vegetables.
I'm getting these knives for the second time. They don't look quite as good as the first batch, but they still cut well.
It appeals to me greatly. This purchase was a good buy.
The best knife I've ever used for cutting vegetables and fruit. Do not use the chef's knife.
