The answer to the question is unknown to me, but Smickle's Stuff can't answer it My questions are the same as yours. How does the heat react when one puts it on high? In what ways does it degrade the non-human How do I remove the stickiness? Is it possible that it breaks down the aluminum alloy that the pans are made from?
As the pans were irregularly shaped and could not be fitted with a "universal" lid, I did not keep mine.
This is not the case, the coating is very soft, it is misleading to call it " Blue Granite Rock ". Then they need to be thrown out because these won't last for more than three months for every day use.

It was my intention to find something that did not contain PFOA and PTFE that was "healthier. ". It seems these are the very best pans out there, and I will be buying the same as a replacement for Also, I love the color This week's update It has been five months now since I purchased these pans. Unfortunately, things tend not to come off as easily as they once did. During the previous five months, my husband used the small one every morning, and we noticed it stopped working the first time. In addition to washing our hands and not using metal utensils, we also make sure to not get them too hot, but unfortunately a thin layer of food always gets The reason why we will continue to use them and enjoy them is that they wash easily and look fine.
There is nothing at all wrong with it Stick to it. In a nutshell, There have been times when I haven't been able to drive "Stick" (you can't see me, but I'm totally rolling my eyes right now) pans stay non-stick in the past, but not any more The particles stick for a few seconds and then they disappear. However, I had never used a granite coated pan before and I wanted to get away from Teflon. I was scared by some of the 1 star reviews, but it appears Michaelangelo (the company which sold me these) took care of the unhappy customers. Nevertheless, I do not belong to the category of these There are no words to describe how happy I am. The first thing I do every morning for my husband is make him eggs. I feel like I'm playing Groundhog Day every day. Before I stopped having to scrub stuck-on egg out of a fry pan every morning, I had no idea how much I needed them. My original intention was to buy a smaller pan, but either they don't make them any longer, or they are out of stock. This was the result of my search Despite using the 11" pan most often, I rarely use the larger pan (I have only used it once, because it's rather large, and two of them will not fit on my burners at the same time), but I use the smaller one constantly. Waiting a couple weeks to see if the coating would come off, or whether the coating would still be intact It is no longer possible to stick to it The non-profit sector So far, the stick is still as awesome as the first day. Now I've read the reviews where it says to treat the pans with kid gloves, and I will. The heat should be capped at medium, the dishwasher should not be used, and a soft sponge or towel should be used to wipe. It's also not a good idea to add cold water to a hot pan. Here is a video that shows how easy the pan is to flip and how pretty it looks. In a perfect world, I would like to be able to fry a few eggs in a pan which is probably 6" in diameter instead. I am glad I realized this after I had stopped cooking eggs for a while.
My primary purpose for buying them was to cook eggs on them without cleaning up after them for the next two I was able to cook eggs perfectly on my first attempt! An easy clean up is guaranteed. It's hard not to notice these pants due to their beautiful design. I rate it as an A+. Honestly, I was a little annoyed by the fact that the box they came in had no information on In the description, there is a lot of information about how they are chemical free, etc. Normally, I would find this information on the box or in the pamphlet. The pans are overall very good. I highly recommend them. Let's hope they last for at least one.
I just need to purchase a cover for the 11" pan, and then I'm done. Follow care instructions carefully, as this plant is sensitive to metal.
A hand wash was the only way to clean it. Heat should not be excessive. The only tools used on it are plastic ones. This caused it to become bumpy and everything to stick As you can see in the attached photo, it has been cooked with After throwing away the first two packs (2 packs) because it happened, I threw away the second 3. The same thing happened to the second one a few months later. The only way to get anything off of it was to soak I have never owned a worse pan!.
I overcooked them and got so excited about It's definitely worth a try!.
This is the best set of pans I have ever bought, I even went out and bought two more.
These pans are amazing! I've been loving them since I got them. It's been nearly a year since I received it, and I use the smaller one pretty much There is no need to add oil, butter, or Pam to flip eggs. You should always cook fish on Fridays and Saturdays, but not A small amount of wear is evident on the bottom of the smaller pan, but that is normal. A very good heat transfer is achieved by the pans. If you take care of them well, they will take care of you. I have never overheated them, and my cleaning methods are hot water and soft hands. The 12 inch pan with lid I just bought is in great condition. Product of high quality.
