The wok cooks food consistently and evenly on a gas burner with the ideal amount of heat distribution leading to a unique stir-fried taste. The sauce rendered from cooking in this wok has a nice quality, which I am unable to achieve with As long as you stir every now and then, food does not stick to the pan. It is light weight, heats up quickly and I find food doesn't stick to the pan when you use it. It has a dimpled texture, which makes it easy to clean and releases food effortlessly. Instead of using the spatula included with the order, I use a wooden one instead to prevent any potential scrapes and scratches. It has two handles for lifting and transport, one of them is removable if you don't have a lot of storage space. I like that it has a main handle and a shorter handle for lifting and transport. It has a unique appearance thanks to the wooden lid. To date, I have no negative reports about the project, but I will let you know if there are any issues ahead.
