I can't believe how beautiful the coating is on this pan. This will really cool an egg without causing it to stick to the pan, or with no oil whatsoever. It is no problem to drop shredded cheese in a pan and cook, then flip it with a spatula. Since I only have a few weeks to test this, I cannot review durability many years down the road. My favorite nonstick coating however is the one I use on my cooking pots.
This is big enough for 4 slices of French Toast!).
It appears all these fancy non-stick pans aren't as effective as they claim to be. It hasn't happened yet that eggs do not stick, and this one did as well. They still stick to some spots even after using oil and low heat. There's no point in trying it with no oil as they advertise since it just ends up spilling out.
I will use it a couple more times before I make my final judgment. Updates to follow.
