Two frying pans were packaged in a large box and separated by a piece of cardboard. In the end, the cardboard scuffed the inside of the large pan from their moving around so much. Whether they should be seasoned was not mentioned in the instructions. There are a lot of nonstick products out there, but I find that they stick to my fingers. It is better to save your money than to buy them for this purpose. They had to deal with things from the very start. In donating my old fry pans, I thought they would last for a lifetime because they are so much cheaper than what my old pans cost. It is an excellent idea to purchase two pans at Walmart for one fourth of the cost, because you will get the same results.

In spite of my best efforts, my husband ruined one of my favorite non-slip sandals I had a pair of nonstick pans and he thoughtfully bought me these to replace them. It was not necessary to use butter or oil, he told me. It was a lie, that's for sure. LOL! That's what I make all the time I wanted to give the pan a name, therefore I made easy eggs. Using nothing on the pan was the way to go, so I did that as well. Trying to flip the egg, I experienced some problems when I needed to flip it. The egg would not come off As the eggs cooked, I ended up having to scramble them. The next day, I tried again using butter instead of oil. This time it was slightly better, but not as good as my old pan (I can't remember what brand it was). Nobody would be able to recommend this to me.

As far as I can tell, these granitestone pro skillets are perfect. The food I cook is perfect every time, I set my heat to medium and pour just a small amount of spray vegetable oil. If I am cooking eggs, I turn down the heat since I do not like them to turn brown. This is not a cheap piece of light weight, it is pretty thick, and feels good in the hand. It is easier to use silicone utensils instead of gouging the living daylights from skillets now. These are precious things, and I hope they last a long time. You do not have to crank up the temperature like crazy if you need these things to work. If there are any problems in the future, I will let you know.

This is a great Zwilling J sat on my top rated wishlist on Amazon before I purchased them. For $ 76, you can get a Henckels 10 inch. After a long absence from Amazon, I have returned. Thanks to their graciousness, I was able to return it and got a Granate Stone Professional 10 and 1 for Amazon choice instead. For a total of $ 57, I purchased a nonstick pan of 5 inches. There is no sticking on anything with these pans. They are absolutely wonderful. A soap and water solution is sufficient for cleanup. Our pans are going to be reviewed by someone we know. In the past year, I have had three green colored pans recommended by Amazon, which have been fabulous. In the pan, it says no oil should be used, or that you should only use low heat for frying eggs. This dish was terrible since those eggs stuck to the pan it would have been better with a steak or more durable.
