i love this pan so much. There is plenty of room and depth in it. It is ideal for meals with large families. The meat we made reached a weight of multiple pounds. I cooked a large amount of vegetables in it for Thanksgiving. Whenever we need it, it's there. Two of these were ordered for myself and my sister (she is an avid chef, so lots of big pans are needed). Honestly, I am in love with the non-stock. Would recommend with a score of 10 out of 10.
Something Qt pan was provided, however making a "one pot" dish such as chicken paprikash was a pain in the rear. There is a new mega-project in town It's AMAZING how great pan is. There was a great deal of Curried Chicken & Vegetables in this batch, and I had enough room for it all! With the extra capacity of this pan, I no longer have to worry about sauce splashing on my brand new oven/range. I like how it handles the volume, and I like how easy it is to clean up. For those who want a little more room - please see our pans I definitely think you're on to something here!.
The pan was of a good size, Did not feel thin at all but was thick enough. In addition to making pasta and scampi, we use it to prepare meats, such as If the pan is larger, the sound is distributed equally. Inside is coated with non-stick material making it easy to clean. I like how sturdy the lid is.
