Despite its lightweight aluminum construction, the pan has a very thin stainless steel base with tiny holes that allow air to pass through. There is a coating on this laptop that is copper colored. I believe the coating is some kind of ceramic coating, and it is It would become discolored when heated if it were copper.
I believe it works with an induction range, since it was designed to work with that kind
I have not yet received it- I am sorry about that. We have only tested the 8" and 20" so far however, we find both to be quite deep
According to the instructions that came with the pan, metal utensils should NOT be used with it.

The secret of my morning eggs was to fry them in a 10” T-fal pan I used a Fal skillet to cook the bottoms and steam the tops, while drizzling a few drops of olive oil over the top This is a very easy and healthy lifestyle. Nonstick surface of the pan has a durable feel even though it is Although I would have liked to keep that pan, it was aging and the coating from the pan made me worried about contaminants. It was replaced with a Green Earth skillet, a stylish item with a shiny black interior with a honeycomb pattern. It wasn't particularly slick, but it was chemically safe and was I can only say that it became the polar opposite of nonstick very quickly, and efforts to restore its slickness have proven to be intermittent in success. Thus, I thought, why not find another pan that I could use exclusively for eggs since they are my only seriously troublesome food type The Copper Chef caught my attention on Amazon, and while I usually do not buy things marketed on TV, I decided to give it a try. In light of this experience, here are a few pros and cons. In a nutshell There is nothing sticking to it, and eggs don't cling to it. I would like to say, however. The cons are The surface is slippery enough that cooking oil spits out and breaks up uncontrollably, so if you plan on having fried food, make sure you have an apron handy. Taste of boiled eggs as opposed to fried eggs Unless I were to oil the whole bottom of the pan (no fat used), I'd probably have to taste. In a nutshell Even though it is quite large, the pan is quite lightweight and easy to carry around However, there are a few cons This is due to the material being very thin, which means it heats unevenly, which is why the manufacturer suggests users purchase a heat diffuser when using it In a nutshell The all-around effectiveness of the device is superb The metal handle, which is fastened in place with rivets, is hollow However, there are a few cons Rivet heads are located inside the pan and appear to be not covered by the "copper" In a nutshell In addition to the graceful shape of the pan, its lid adds to its beauty However, there are a few cons Nonstick material that looks like copper is dull and unattractive, and lacks the old fashioned aesthetics of real tin. Copper utensils lined with copper There must be thermal efficiency benefits that compensate for this, right? In a nutshell There is a long warranty on this product However, there are a few cons I found it odd, though, that the box contained a flyer that seemed to say that if you buy this pan, you lose the right to sue for damages, so I wonder if I dare to use something that should be protected like that! Therefore I didn't like this too much, though I'm sure I'll keep on using it until the nonstick surface begins to stick (which a good many customers seem to say will occur). I will go to T- after that It would have been better for me to stay at Fal.
The pan proved excellent in its There was a small part of the coating on the edge that peeled off within a week, but this did not interfere with the cooking process. A stick came off the pan and it couldn't be replaced In two months, you should be able to expect free quality. The cooking and cleaning instructions were very carefully followed and a small amount of oil was used in cooking however, cleaning the pan became extremely difficult while As a plus, the pan looks good, the lid is well made, and it is still useful for cooking bacon.
Unfortunately, the durability and long-term use of this product is not good. I bought two of them and neither one has lasted more than a year. Despite the fact that it was supposed to be dishwasher safe, the first one lost its nonstick properties and became easily scratched. It would last longer if I didn't scratch it or put it in the dishwasher. But I bought the second one thinking it would last longer. Unfortunately, after just two words, we have to say goodbye. Despite the fact that it has no visible scratches, it is no longer non-stick after 5 months. I tried to return it but the seller wouldn't allow it to be returned. A quick update You can see a picture of the attached file. The first time I used it, it was absolutely Those are the results you're going to see after a few months.
Quite a decent pan, but the bottom is a bit uneven, so things slide to the sides of the cooking area and the heat is mostly concentrated in the middle.
Could this be the miracle of the kitchen? Not at all. Is $30. 00 a decent price for a Without a doubt. Based on my experiences in the first 7 months I've had with this pan, things stick or don't stick pretty consistently, just as While it is aging better than my ceramic bowls (and I took great care of them when I was young), it does show some signs of wear. A great feature of this pan is that it can be used on high heat and come out of the dishwasher clean. This ceramic is unlike my regular ceramics, because I am not afraid to crank it up when I need to. Searing (and it is far less cumbersome than cast iron) is very easy. Besides handling the oven well, it is also very noise-free. The majority of the time, I do that. A very bad idea would also be to touch its handle right after it has been taken out of the oven. You don't need to ask me how I know. It has served me very well thus far and is generally my go-to for video conferencing. In conclusion, it is a good deal for the price. You can pan fry.
T- is the only brand that I have ever used The teflon nonstick pans are manufactured by Fal. In the beginning, the coating on them worked well, but eventually the coating came off and I threw them out. The Copper technology is something I'd like to explore further. It is a pleasure to work with you! I have used the new pan a few times now. You do not have to worry about it sticking! There has never been an issue with anything sticking As far as I know, there are three sizes of the Copper Chef pan. It is great to hear them all! As far as I can tell, the coating seems to be very hard and shows no signs of Unless I am especially convinced otherwise, I use nonmetallic spoons, tongs, and spatulas. The pans have thick bottoms which are designed to disperse heat evenly. Cooking with them is a pleasure from my point of view.
It has so far been a great experience for me. My induction cooktop is compatible with it. The vast majority of non-members The non-stick pan holds up particularly well when used over time. Since I've used this for almost two months I'm still in love with it. If it works after a year, I will still think it is a good investment, since it wasn't very expensive. It has a great wide cooking surface, with a lid, and I love the large size. Need to make some changes to Buying this in April was a great deal. August was the first time that it was not Stick to it. Aside from the above It takes at least a year for a non-stick pan to break down. There was less than 4 months between these two events. There is no way to cook anything in it without it sticking so bad that I can't get it out. It's hard to clean the pan too because part of the food gets stuck to it. I have to soak it overnight and it's still difficult Trying something else will be my next step.
