I really like the way that this machine heats up so quickly. My favorite part of the whole experience was watching the water heat up. While I thought it would take some time, it only took When I used the manual button, the shots came out in about 25 seconds with nice cream on them. The Illy E is what I used. I used E pods and they worked fine. Despite my years of experience as a barista, I like a good cup of coffee quickly and easily when I get up in the morning. The machine comes with an ESE filter as well as a single and a double filter in order to accomplish this. It only took a couple of seconds to switch from brew to stream. This machine provided perfect frothing and made hot almond milk in less than 2 minutes. I realize that this is not a professional machine and it will take longer to steam milk but it works just fine. The plastic and metal parts make it feel cheap but also makes it very efficient. The modem has a small, sleek design, and that's what I was looking for. I think it looks great and works well for under $100. My first experience with ground coffee was with instant coffee. The Illy pods have pleased me very much The result is a great cup of coffee, with no grinding required.

Using the application is easy. A tasty, hot cup of coffee can be made with it. I find the program to be very straightforward It concerns me that the filter is not working. The construction feels flimsy, but it has not caused any problems yet. If I reach for it with my finger, I'm careful not to poke However, I am happy with other things. Prior to going to bed, I set up the system. As soon as I turn it on in the morning, the coffee is ready by the time I get out of the shower. That's the easiest way to do it. It is not necessary to buy a programmable coffee maker for me. As an older retiree, I don't want to get up at the same time every day. The process takes about 7 minutes and produces two mugs.

Brew time was quick. Coffee was hot as soon as it was poured. It was good to taste. It is compact and does not require much space on the counter top. You can utilize reusable filters instead of paper ones if you don't have any. It would be nice to have a 6 cup version instead of a 5 cup version. When poured, there is a slight drip. Despite its strength, the Kraft hand is not durable.

I was able to find a small mug that did fit but will buy some espresso cups from Amazon. In that regard, the instructions were very clear, and after completing a full cycle of water only, I was able to make my first cup. With the ground, it took about 10 to 15 seconds to get the Brew going and I was able to make 2 3/4 oz of Espresso in that time. * The cleaning is also very easy and it doesn't consume much I would recommend this espresso machine based on its overall quality.

They did not work for me so I Despite the fact that my husband must drink decaf coffee, I like a strong cup, so I selected this tiny coffeemaker for him. I should point out that unlike my Cuisinart, the Silex does not have an auto-off function. So, when you're finished using it, you need to turn it off. I have used a Keurig in the past, but it is inconvenient and expensive to use 2 pods with it. I really like this little pot because you can make up to 6 cups and comes with a filter, so you have to find amounts that you like.

Ingrid I worked there for 23 years. This is a win for Gevi. The first thing I want to point out is that this 5. Having a cup maker that's just the right size is perfect In the morning, I drink an average of five cups of coffee to keep me going, but the flavor of the Keurig just isn't there compared to the As compared to the pod maker, the Gevi produces far less noise. In comparison to my Gevi, my Keurig was like a jet engine. There is virtually no noise during the brewing process. It is only at the very end when you hear the whooshing of its brew cycle that you can hear the noise from the pod maker, which itself is only a quarter of the noise. There is no comparison between the flavor of the two. As I have never used cheap coffee pods in my Keurig, it wasn't a "cheap" machine I'm not missing anything on my part - the Gevi makes consistently excellent coffee, even with a conical basket. It is amazing how good all of the Starbuck's roasts are. I've also had a Dunkin Donuts roast that is great. In the moment, Death Wish coffee is my personal favorite. It is very caffeinated, but also very expensive. It may be unpopular among some that there is no beep at the end of the brewing cycle, but the final noise it makes accomplishes the same end. In the beginning, I was going to get a programmable alarm clock, but after realizing that, as a retired person, I don't get up at the same time every day, I changed my mind. Gevi cups are conveniently located in my office so I have a ready-to-go cup when I want it.
This coffee maker is incredibly good and is the perfect size for anyone looking for a brewer that can make 4 to 5 cups. So far, I haven't had any trouble with the carafe except that I have noticed that if I pour it too fast, it dribbles. So, simple solution, don't pour too fast. I am not sure how to correctly interpret that, but what I am able to discern from other comments is that it appears a little brittle. With no problem, I have bumped it several times on the stainless steel sink. As it came with a permanent filter, I opted for paper filters in place of it. This is how it should be used. This is a great value for the money!.
