There are two pans I purchased, and both of them have lids. The only way I could pick up the pans I desired was this method. It's sure to be useful to have the lids.
There is an additional inch of height added by the lid.
My order for this pan never arrived, so I cannot answer this
There are 5 x 10 each. The correct measurement is 5. The 18 X 13 is also available and is most commonly used in industrial kitchens.

It came with a lid so I loved that it came with a lid because my old air bake jelly roll pan (which I love) had become rusted. My only complaint is that the pan warped after it was used for the first time. Despite being much thinner (and lighter than my old pan, I weighed it via my food scale) and lacking the quality of my old air bake jelly roll pan, this new pan is of poor quality. The price is too high for the service you receive. I would not recommend it.
It is possible to find pans of various sizes as well as types of pans. There is nothing better to me than a jelly roll. A second one is on its way due to its wonderful construction! A number of uses can be found for it. By insulating the cake, cookies, etc. from over browning, the cake or cookies remain fresh for much longer. You are doing a fantastic job. There is no limit to how long they last. We appreciate you providing us with this wonderful product.
It has been a while since this pan was available again. My first one had to be returned because it was mailed in a plastic envelope with dent marks all over. Returned it for a replacement and it was sent in a cardboard box that said it had been made for it exclusively. The condition of the suitcase was perfect. It is so nice to bake with this The bake and take pan will be a pleasure to use if you handle it gently and hand wash only!.
The inner dimensions of this box are The size of the sign is 5" x 15". This supplier was very good to me. I received the product on time, as opposed to the previous supplier, which I had to cancel since they did not get the product for two months after I had already placed the order. The product I ordered was exactly what I asked for, delivered on time and is very well made.
There should be at least two of these pans in every home. I love them. This product is perfect for baking cookies and for making.
Baking brownies in this pan is a great experience. Turn oven on to 350 degrees, line a pan with parchment paper, bake two boxes of brownie mix for 35 minutes, let cool, then turn out of pan on a serving platter, brownies are moist and do not burn. There is no debris on the pan.
It is very good. In stores, these are hard to come by. There is no doubt that they are worth the money and deliver what they promise. The one I have is great!.
It is great to have this size I like the fact that it comes with a lid and it is the perfect size. You can send it for an important event, like your wedding or birthday, or just because you care.
