In the end, spending this money was not my goal. A couple of years ago, I purchased a good set of baking sheets and jelly roll pan from Williams Sonoma (that weren't stainless). It was time for a replacement, and here I was. This was three times the price of the other one. Because of this, I hesitated and my husband eventually convinced me to let him have I am speechless! In 40 years of baking, I have never found a set like these that did not warp (even on high heat in my hot propane oven), was easy to clean, and distributed heat well. Now I even use these cookie sheets for pizza due to how much better they are than a pizza stone or a pizza pan. There is no job too big or too small for these jelly roll pans Baked chicken, peeled, sliced, and sliced again, along with fries, baked potatoes, As for the nonstick spray, I did use it while making the jelly roll. Clean up and taking out the cake was a breeze. In my opinion, what was impressive was the even distribution of heat, which made the jelly roll perfect just on time. I hope that these guys feature stainless steel baking products in the future. I can't imagine buying anything else but American high quality! EVERY PENNY IS WORTH IT!.

I really like the design of this This is the pan for those who are looking to buy a heavyweight pan that will last a lifetime. A pan from All Clad is being compared with this. Even though this pan is better than the All Clad, I think the former is There is a problem with this style pan in that they usually have a 90° angle between the sides and bottom. It is much easier to clean since there is a roll between the bottom and sides. The material is also extremely heavy, which means it can maintain heat for a longer time.

Dries well This is not the case. You can't clean it completely and even if you do, you won't get rid of the odor. It is true that my jellyroll pan would have been a better choice if I hadn't purchased it. The purchase of this would not be recommended, if it was asked of me.

The pan appears to be solid and well made. The size of the fonts is weird There's more of a half pan than a full Since there isn't much room on there, I'm surprised with the cost. I'm also surprised by how high the reviews are There are several differences in the size of this.

There's no way to expect them to keep their shine forever. Fissler cookware has been my pride and joy for the past 12 years, so I am familiar with its Heritable in every sense of the word, these pans. Even though it is clean Clean up is not easy you must use elbows to maintain the walls. It helps to soak and to talk to a barkeeper. The pan did not wrap when we cooked pizza at 460 degrees, and the results were great. It is a very high quality product. The following update was posted on August 20, This was our first purchase of these pans in June, and we have been using them regularly since then. In the years since, the quality of the work has been excellent. I have never had a pan wrap even when the temperature was high. In terms of cleaning, I have found that after the pans cool down, they're easily cleaned. Dishwasher detergent such as Cascade or other brand should be mixed with hot water and poured over the pan to clean it. Let it sit for ten minutes. Make sure you pour some on the side or soak it in the sink with cascade water for 20 minutes (depending on how bad it is) and clean. You can look forward to a nice breeze up. It only takes one Cascade platinum plus dishwasher pod to wash my dishes.

While I debated spending such a large amount of money on a baking sheet, I decided to take a chance after reading reviews about the various options on Amazon. My experience thus far has been a positive one. I love how easy it is to clean this jelly roll pan. It has a simple, rounded bottom with no bent or curled edges to collect dirt and water. The inside bottom is also rounded to prevent build up and make cleaning easier. The flat nature of the unit makes it easy to soak in my sink. Though if they ever come out with a large size, I'd get that one as well!.
