USA Pan Bakeware Half Sheet Pan, Set of 2, Aluminized Steel

I bought both these USA Pans and these Nordicware pans at the same time and made gingerbread cookies with both. The USA Pan (right) produced smooth cookies that came off the sheet without the use of a spatula and left no part of the cookie behind. The Nordicware pan cookies were cracked, so I had to use a spatula, which left a piece of cookie behind. I can't comment on wear because they were both brand new, but they were nonstick and easy to clean.

I've had them before and recently ordered some more (the two half-size packs). I've noticed that warping has been mentioned. Because these are two thin sheets of metal stuck together, water can get in the seam (rim) if they are soaked. They usually do not warp if you clean them without allowing water into the sheets. Also, if you don't cover them with foil when cooking with oil, the tins will stain over time. I don't always use foil because I like how the tray gets nice and hot, which helps brown my vegetables. They come highly recommended.

I was hoping to fall in love with these pans. The finish is beautiful, and the cookies are easy to remove. During baking, however, these pans twist and warp. Quite a bit. I emailed the company, and they said it was normal and that the pans would flatten out after a few seconds of cooling. I'm holding the pan in my hands in this photo. It had already cooled down and was slightly warped. secondly. For some things, that much warping in the oven won't be a problem, but for others, that much twist will be a major issue. These pans let me down big time. I'll be on the lookout for a suitable substitute. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: Because of excellent customer service, I have changed my rating to three stars; USA Pan will replace these under warranty. I didn't even need to show when or where I purchased them. Photos have been sent, and more are on the way. So, while I'm disappointed that they've warped, new ones will be arriving soon.

These are difficult to clean, and no matter what you do, they will stain. I've tried every non-abrasive cleaning method I can find, but nothing works. Finally, they overcook the bottoms of whatever you're baking, so nearly everything I bake on them, including cookies, soft pretzels, and pastries, has a burnt bottom and a barely cooked top. These were high on my list of expectations! After reading what seemed like hundreds of reviews for cookie/baking sheets, I decided on these, and now I'm stuck with expensive baking sheets that look exactly like the ones I bought at Walmart. The first pan in the photo has only been used a few times in the past year, possibly six. The second pan (the one with the two fingers) was only used ONCE! And this was after cleaning them both multiple times and experimenting with a variety of non-abrasive cleaning solutions available online. I should also mention that I never used these without using foil or a silicon baking sheet. There hasn't been a change in a long time. Each pan is photographed with flash in the first photo and without flash in the second photo.

These are without a doubt the best I've ever had. They're durable, easy to clean, and look brand new even after months of use. Excellent for roasting vegetables and proteins, as well as making cookies for the grandchildren (and Grandpa!). ) I am confident that I will never need to purchase another, even if I live to be 150 years old! I'm thinking of giving them as gifts to impress the people I care about. THE PERFECT GIFT FOR THE WEDDING! I wish I had discovered them when I was much younger, AND THEY ARE MADE IN THE USA! FOR THAT, I GIVE YOU TEN OUT OF TEN STARS!.

This is one of her favorite items. She instructed me to give them a perfect score of five stars. I listen. Our other baking sheets are getting old and worn, so I bought one of these for Christmas either this year or last year. My wife likes them, so I bought them for her. She stated that they are her favorite and that she owns a few nice, expensive ones. They're solid, heavy, and easy to clean. br>br>We use them to make cookies that are incredibly tasty and brown on the bottom. They're also great for baking bacon. "What!?" you may exclaim. That's not natural," you might say, but believe me when I say it's fantastic. Wrap them in foil, lay the bacon on top, and bake them at whatever temperature you want (425, 350? ) and bake until the bacon has reached your desired crispiness. The bacon comes out nice and uncurled, just as God, the god of bacon, or ol' mother nature (whichever you prefer) intended. More power to you, man, if you despise bacon and the idea of me using this product to bake whatever we want to bake with it. Keep up the good work. br>br>If you or your partner bakes, purchase these and request cookies. You are deserving of cookies for making such an excellent purchase. My wife adores them, and I adore them as well (if she divorces me, I'm going to go out and buy some for myself!).

For the past three years, I have been using these pans. I only use them to bake cookies, French bread, and biscuits, and I never broil them in them. Mine did not warp because they are heavy and sturdy. However, after a few uses, I began to notice splatters on the pan's rims and back. Because I always use a silicone mat, there were no stains on the bottom front of the pan at first. Even beneath the mat, however, became stained with grease over time. The yellow grease stains in the ridges were extremely difficult to remove. It's a bad idea to have ridges. I started with just dishwashing liquid and a blue scrubbie sponge, then moved on to steel wool, but they still didn't look good. I don't like bakeware that looks dirty, so I gave these to my husband to use on the grill outside.

I've been on the lookout for a non-warping baking sheet. The idea of a made in the United States brand, as well as the fact that it was supposed to be heavy duty, appealed to me. These are, without a doubt, a lot of weight. I didn't expect one of them to arrive with what appears to be a manufacturing flaw for the price - One end has a bow. There was no dent on the back, so it does not appear to be shipping damage. I expect it to work fine, but I haven't tried it yet and will update my review if I find any other problems.
