I had the same experience. And neither Amazon nor USA Pan were of assistance. Basically, he said to leave me alone. However, based on your response, I believe I should have complained about the fact that it was not as described. Sad. I own at least six older USA pans that I adore, but I believe there is something wrong with that company. Customer service is extremely poor. not putting your money where your mouth is.
The exact outer measurements are 17 x 17 x 17 x 17 x 17 75 x 12. 75 x 1 inch photograph. I hope this was of assistance!
I've had mine for a few years and the grease is baked in hard on the bottom side! I use a silicone mat on the top side because I guess if you don't clean your oven every time before using these pans, grease from the oven floor and walls manages to get on the bottom of the pan. It's impossible to get it off because of the grooves in these pans. I'll never buy a pan with grooves again.
Mine didn't chip, but I did cover the pan with parchment paper to avoid staining it.

Do not purchase these; we've only had them for a few months and the coating on both pans is peeling away! For the money spent, this is not a good or safe product!.
I like to broil fish in aluminum pans, but this one is so warped that I can't use it anymore. The seasoning has now spilled from the foil bag. I went back over the manufacturer's description on this page to see if I missed anything about it not being suitable for broiling, but I couldn't find anything. It also has a bad color discoloration. I've had it for about a year and have only used it a dozen times. I'm contacting their return department to see if they'll honor their warranty, but unless they've changed something, I'm not interested in buying this pan again. I bought it because of all the positive reviews, as is customary. Because this has happened multiple times with different products, I'm beginning to doubt the validity of some of these Amazon reviews. br>As it turns out, photographing a warped pan is difficult, but it does warp an inch or so at opposite corners.
After just three uses, the coating began to flake off. It only lasted a few weeks. It was a waste of money.
I've already had bad warping on this pan after using it twice. Both times, I baked it at 450°F and let it cool on a flat surface. The non- Although the stick appears to work well, the warping is ridiculous for a $20 pan. br>br>I've contacted the company and will update my review if customer service is able to replace the item with one that does not warp.
I cook six times a week, and I'm always in need of good solid pans to properly cook my food. By a long shot, this is the best. For the past three years, I've been cooking with pans made in the United States. After 5 years, almost nothing sticks to it, and when it does, it's because I severely overcooked it, and a simple 10 minute soak in water removes everything - They're like a diamond in the rough when it comes to cleaning! I can even make cheese crisps on top of them without them sticking! No problem with caramelized salmon! Everything is perfectly baked by them. I've never had a pan warp on me, despite the fact that I've used several different types of pan warps, including Rachel Ray and Calphlon, and they've all wrapped horribly. I've even accidentally set something on fire with full foot high flames (which made my husband very angry!). ) in this pan and the nonstick coating is STILL intact - I buy these for all of the showers I attend, and everyone who receives them loves them! If you purchase them, you will become addicted! I have round cake pans, jelly roll pans, half sheet and quarter sheet pans, as well as two cookie sheets and a rectangular pan, all of which are ideal for lasagna and birthday cakes! Good luck with your baking and cooking endeavors!.
I needed some new pans to replace some old ones that were fine but stained and unattractive. Perhaps vain, but I ordered it as a post-Christmas present for myself. I just used the big one for the first time today, and it's a twisted mess. I couldn't believe how easily this sturdy pan warped like tin foil. DO NOT BUY; instead, pay attention to the reviews, as I did.
When I first used the pan to bake bacon, it warped.
br>At first, it worked perfectly, but it gradually lost its non-stick properties. ability to stick to something Never put in the dishwasher; only hand washed with dawn and a dishrag. , which was then dried and put away. br>The first batch of chocolate chip cookies bled through the coating, revealing the outline of each cookie. When it was time to clean, he surprised me. I baked chicken thighs last night in the oven, and everything stuck to the bottom. I had to use a plastic spatula to release it. I made a shallow layer of dawn and water on the countertop and left it to soak overnight. Even so, a little scrubbing with a blue scrubber was required to clean the surface. br>I noticed rust forming beneath the rolled edge a few months ago. My theory is that the pan is not dipped in nonstick coating, but rather sprayed with it, leaving the underside of the rolled edge exposed to the elements. br>In general, I believe I got my money's worth for $21 dollars. It's still a good sheet pan, but it's no longer as non-stick as it once was. Stickiness is no longer an issue.
