For so long I've been holding on to this, and now it's finally becoming extinct. These cheesecakes were beautiful and I used this pan to make them. This is a pretty good-sized 7" round and it has four holes in it There is enough room in a 6qt container for it Instant pots with a capacity of 8 quarts. My 6qt ultra and 5qt ultra are both 9qt in size Ip users need a springform pan and a lid to use with the instant pot I think this is a good idea. My favorite thing to make is multiple cheesecakes so I had to get a second one so I can make a New York style cheesecake & The chocolate cheesecake is delicious. It works well, but if you want to take out the cheesecake, you need a round parchment paper for it so that you can pull out the cake without worrying about the bottom pan coming off. The pan looks nice to me. That's a good idea. However, there is one big caveat. An area of the tray is cut off (about 16th of an inch) for mounting the pan. In addition to using the tray with the lip up or down, the tray can also be used with the lip down. It is strongly recommended that you keep the tray in the down position so that cheesecake or whatever else you prepare on it can easily slide off the tray. Otherwise, whatever you're cooking needs to be pryed over the edge of the tray in order to be removed.

I have to admit that when I searched for a springform pan that would fit into my red pressure cooker, the red color caught my eye. There is a noticeable difference between this pan and others. The nonstick coating appears more durable and it is firmly attached, though I still wrap it with aluminum foil in order to prevent leaks and moisture from entering I've baked both a pumpkin and red velvet cheesecake in this pan, and I got perfect results. will probably add another of these to my collection, and I would highly recommend them.
