Instant Pot Official Fluted Cake Pan, 7-Inch, Gray

I noticed drops of water in the pan when I opened it, which I thought was unusual for something so new. There was nothing else that was damp or wet. Then it occurred to me that this was most likely a return that had been repackaged and resent. I filled it with water, and it dripped like a sieve. There was no way any of the food would stay in that pan. I'm not sure if this was repackaged, and I'm not sure why there are any drops of water in the pan, so draw your own conclusions. That was only one of my initial thoughts.

I suppose it's because it's made in China. I was hoping for a good bundt pan to add to my growing IP accessory collection, but this one arrived with a pitted and partially missing nonstick finish, making it unsightly and rusted. I returned it, disappointed.

In my 6 quart Instant Pot, I used this to make lasagna. It turned out fantastically! Because the recipe contained so much moisture, some of it leaked out of the springform pan - However, it was simple to clean up and had no effect on the recipe; next time, I'll place the springform pan on a cookie sheet while preparing the layers - As a result, the juices will be caught. I'd order it again if the opportunity arose. Simply put, it was a very wet recipe.

This bundt pan is ideal for using with the Instant Pot! It makes the most adorable little cakes, just the right size for my boyfriend and me. And the cakes turn out to be extremely moist and delicious! The cakes come out of the pan easily and clean up quickly. In my dishwasher, I placed it on the top rack. If you have an Instant Pot, I would highly recommend purchasing one of these bundt pans! br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative I took this photo of a chocolate cake I made, which is served on a dessert/salad plate rather than a dinner plate (for scale).

For the instant pot, you'll need a pan that's at least 5" taller than a regular springform pan. I filled it with water to see if it was leaking, and it did. As I was preparing a lasagna, I had to line it with foil to keep it from leaking. With the handles up, the pan didn't fit evenly on the trivet because it was a larger pan. I ended up putting the handles on the trivet and using foil to make a sling. I'm excited to try making a cheesecake in the pan next.

exactly as specified The InstaPot 8qt is what I have. Fits with a little room to spare, as shown in the photo. So far, I've only used it once, and it's been fantastic. clean- a breeze to put together The pans have a lot more capacity than I anticipated; The portion control is ideal with this size. One was consumed by us. I put the other one in the freezer to be used later. Because they're made of metal, I don't see why they couldn't be used in a regular or toaster oven.
