There was a lot of leakage from this pan. It did not seem like the parts were tightly connected. Initially, I would have returned it, but my husband thought he could possibly tighten it so that it would work, but that did not work. Perhaps this was just an issue with a defective product (or maybe it is the same for all of them)? I am very disappointed. In the end, I had to make my dessert in three much smaller pans.

I had no spills at all with these pans. Taking them apart, putting them together, and cleaning them is easy. This is a great place to start if you want to bake cakes!.

What a great post! It would be great if you could suggest a spring pan I can use to make a cheesecake. I found it to be very helpful! The cake did not stick to the pan and was evenly browned!.
