It's okay if the recipe contains oil! We simply do not advise using oil as a grease. A baking spray or shortening will give you the best results.
Yes, a single box is ideal!
It does not, in fact. In my opinion and use of this item, because it is a nonstick pan, there is no need for the paper.

My sisters and I used it for our mother's birthday and it turned out perfectly!br>!! I see a few reviews complaining about the middle not cooking, and I had the same problem, but a good tip is to wrap the pan in tinfoil and return it to the oven for about 10 minutes, and it came out fully baked! If you're looking for a unique way to.
This cake pan was purchased because the description stated that it could hold one entire cake mix. When I read the tiny, tiny, tiny information on the label, it stated that 4 1/2 cups of cake batter should be used. Is the whole box there? Then, after it had been in the oven for a while, I noticed that the instructions said not to use a cake mix that required butter, margarine, or liquid oil! Really! That caught me off guard! The majority of brands necessitate the use of oil or butter! The cake mix box said I could replace the oil with unsweetened applesauce, but I didn't have any and the cake was already baking. It rose to about 8" in the middle, and I had to cook it for an additional 10 minutes until it looked dry on top and smelled slightly burnt, but was still raw in the center. More information should have been included in the online description. If I had known all of this before purchasing this pan, I would not have purchased it, and now I am stuck with it.
I used one box of cake mix and followed the directions exactly. The cake took an eternity to cook in the middle. The cake dried out as a result of the additional time. These pans came in twos for me. In each pan, I'm going to use a 12-box cake mix. I'm hoping for a moist cake that isn't too dry.
(No, there isn't anything like that. ) But it's her birthday, after all! ) I was worried that this pan wouldn't be big enough for a whole cake recipe, but it turned out to be just right; I sprayed it and the cake came out easily. I was also very pleased with how it turned out - If you want to know what I was going for, look up Immaculate Heart.
I used it for a special birthday cake, but I'm thinking of using it for Valentine's Day as well!.
This product was extremely adorable and simple to use. I am not a baker, as evidenced by the photos. As you can see, my box brownies turned out perfectly in this heart-shaped pan when I used this cake pan. This pan is extremely durable and simple to clean. My heart-shaped brownie cake baked into an exact heart shape, which is exactly what I wanted for my husband's Valentine's Day!.
This pan was purchased so that my grandson could make a cake for his parents' anniversary. He was five years old when he decided to make them a heart cake! It's a good size, the cake came out of the pan easily after baking, and cleanup was a breeze.
Very nice cake pans, reminds me of the ones my grandmother used to have a long time ago- very strong and simple to clean, packaged and shipped quickly.
