My cranberry sauce had already been made.
We don't use knives in these pans because we've owned similar bakeware and know that the surface can be scratched (leading to rust). We use parchment paper to make it easier to remove baked goods. I believe his would scratch and rust, but I can't guarantee it.

1/14/22 UPDATE The older pan will be kept, but I will purchase a new one. Despite the finish's wear, the pan has held up well and is easy to clean. When I bake or cook in it, I only use plastic or silicone implements, and I've recently started using parchment paper to keep food away from the wearable areas. 9/30/21 UPDATE The pan's finish (which I adore) is peeling away on one side, and the pan is rusting beneath it. I've always handled it with extreme caution, cleaning it with a plastic sponge and thoroughly drying it. I'm disappointed, to put it mildly. //in a I used this Rachel Ray pan to make baked oatmeal today. Unlike many 9-inch pans, this one is well-made, and the recipe baked evenly. The oatmeal was cut into 9 pieces after slicing, which was ideal for portion freezing. It was also simple to clean the pan. A silicone cutting knife and spatula were used, and I recommend them as utensils that will keep this pan in my kitchen for many years. I'm also going to try baking chicken or meatloaf in it, because the quality of the pan means I won't need much oil or butter, if any at all. This is a "keeper" pan. "I'm glad I went ahead and purchased it.
This is a wonderful, light pan for baking fish, meat, potatoes, and other items; it is not particularly large, but it is a very nice, high-quality pan. I don't put my dishes in the dishwasher and instead use steel wool to clean them. I like it because it's not a heavy pan but it's still sturdy.
To replace an old pan, I purchased this. I was a little skeptical at first, but everything turned out perfectly, and the first cake I made in that pan was even better than the previous one. Note - This was done in a toaster oven with a digital display. It cleans up better than any other pan I've ever used. br> Five out of five stars!.
This pan was damaged when it arrived. But I need it today for something, so I won't be returning it. I'm just disappointed. br>In terms of packaging, the product was well-protected and there was no damage. I can't imagine anything else bending the material like this besides the manufacturing process because it's so solid and thick.
The colors are lovely, and it's always a good idea to read the directions.
The drippings stuck to the pan because of the nonstick coating. One of the most ineffective products I've ever encountered. Now I just have to find a box that will fit it and return it:.
This skillet performs admirably. This is something I strongly suggest you do. I used it to make brownies the other day, and they were incredibly easy to remove from the pan. I'm glad I bought it because it's extremely easy to clean.
Sorry, I love Rachel Ray cookware, but this one had a dent in the bottom when I received it - I would have returned had it not been for the fact that I needed to use it the following day.
