A friend once offered to cook dinner for eight adults and only brought one 9x13 macaroni and cheese. cheese. It simply wasn't sufficient. If it's full of macaroni, It could feed up to four people with cheese. You might get 8 if you fill the lasagna with a heavy, creamy sausage sauce. Serve with a side salad if you want to go all out.
Yes! Garlic butter roasted Brussel sprouts, which I make with "If You Care" parchment paper, are a family favorite on these. Even when working with greasy foods that would normally be prepared on the stovetop, it will keep them spotless. Ie: Bacon, potstickers, and hotdogs are some of my favorite foods. It reduces the amount of grease in those types of dishes. There are no more messes on or in the oven to clean up! My husband is the only one who uses them, so they only get gunky when he does. Make sure the parchment paper extends all the way up the sheet, on all sides! Best of luck!
Mine hasn't shrunk in the least. I hand wash mine instead of putting it in the dishwasher, so it still looks brand new. I took it out of the oven to cool before washing it, and it turned out beautifully.
At the top lip, it measures 9 1/2 X 12 1/2 inches. It's 2 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. My favorite pan for baking!

The price of this pan is higher than that of other Nordic Ware pans. They're also more expensive, but if you're a serious baker, they're well worth it. The corrugated bottom keeps the cookies, bread, and other items off the pan and allows the oven to evenly cook the entire batch. The hot oven air can circulate above and below what you're baking, resulting in more consistent results - It's almost as if you're baking directly on an oven rack. This pan has been in my possession for about two years. My collection now stands at two - thanks to a recent purchase. Other than that, I don't bake with anything else.
I had been searching for a smaller sheet cake pan. However, after doing some research on Amazon and coming across the Nordic Ware 44770 Prism 13" X 17" Sheet Pan, I decided to give it a try. 75" High- WTH, I figured, why not try the Sided Sheet Cake Pan in Metallic? Why not? I already have a few Nordic Ware sheet pans and love them. I'm glad I went ahead and bought it. I'm not exaggerating when I say this. I adore it and use it on a daily basis. I would buy it again without hesitation.
One was already in my possession, and this was added to it. - This is my all-time favorite pan. I already had one, and I purchased a second because I needed two. The patterned bottom keeps things from sticking to it and makes it a great size. The only thing to keep in mind is that it cannot be washed in the dishwasher. If you put it in the dishwasher, it will be ruined. Aside from that, I adore this pan's size and quality.
This pan is fantastic. It was my first time making a sheet cake, and I was nervous because I'd heard horror stories about the center failing to cook. This pan did an excellent job! When the cake was cool enough to handle, it easily popped out with no sticking. I only gave it four stars because the pan was dented when it arrived.
This is the baking sheet I use the most. The size is ideal for everyday use, and the textured bottom aids in food adhesion. If you're cooking something that you know will stick, I'd still recommend using a cooking spray, but it does a good job of staying non-stick on its own. stick. The quality is also excellent; I've had one of mine for well over two years and it's still going strong; I even clean it in the dishwasher, which I usually avoid, and it comes out looking brand new. The finish isn't as shiny as it was when it was new, but it still works and isn't blackened like some baking sheets.
This Nordic ware cookie sheet comes close to matching the crisp finish I got with my grandmother's sheet! Cookies have been equally delicious- This is highly recommended!.
This pan is far superior to any low-cost, thinner pan you might find in a local store. I bought a set of much smaller sheet pans for a fraction of the price. For around $3, you could get two of them in a pack. They would "pop" and bend in the oven as they were used, as well as become heavily stained and browned in no time, whereas this pan has been wonderful. To begin with, it is extremely heavy and, despite your best efforts, does not warp or bend. It has a strong, long-lasting feel to it. In addition, it does not "pop" when used in the oven. And just by using this pan, things that I had previously baked on a baking/cookie sheet have turned out a tad better. Its raised design, which elevates the food slightly, appears to aid baking and browning. br>br>I noticed a few reviews where people complained about dented pans. Mine was not dented in any way, but there were a few light marks or scratches around the corners. It's a big pan, as I expected after reading the description. When you see it in person, however, you realize how big the half sheet is. I needed to put it in the refrigerator to chill the butter in some biscuits before baking them, and getting it in there was a challenge. However, I was able to do so by temporarily removing a few items from the fridge. br>br>It also comes with a rack that is very nice and fits perfectly inside the pan. The rack's lines are also close together and run in both directions, which is a nice feature. There's no need to be concerned that the food you put on the rack will slip or fall through. I haven't used the rack in the oven yet, but it's nice to know that it, like the pan, is oven safe. br>br>The only criticism I have is that cleaning the pan is time consuming. I had a few brown spots that required a lot of scrubbing to remove. Although it is not difficult, it does require some effort and the use of a scrubbing sponge. And there's some cloudiness in the pan's bottom. I'm not sure what's the problem. It hasn't harmed the pan's performance; it simply looks strange.
I use them with Silpat, but if food gets on the sides, it easily wipes away. One photo shows a pan that has been used to make fries, while the other shows a pan that has not been used. Simply purchase these and put an end to the frustration of cleaning up. The Silpats that fit these pans are half sheet and cake roll size, just in case you were wondering.
