I'm looking for bee and comb cake mold recipes. Do you keep a recipe collection on hand? Is there a tried-and-true recipe out there?

I didn't get a recipe(s) because my pan didn't come with an outer cardboard wrapping. A recipe for lemon cake can be found on the nordicware website - Is this the last question?

Lemon Cake with Honeycombs? My recipe was simply called Honey Lemon Pull-Apart, and it was printed on my card. The ingredients are the same apart from the insert.

What makes this one different from the one that costs twice as much ($40 vs. $80)? They appear to be the same person. ?

So, I'd look at the item link's left top corber. Check to see if it's a NordicWare product. That is the difference between ci and a third-party seller. By the way, I have a few Nordic Ware items. The product quality is 100% worth the price.

Is it possible to make jello with this method?

It appears to be the case. Simply use a can of spray to ensure a satisfactory result.

Another stunning piece of Nordic Ware
5/5

This pan was purchased solely for the purpose of baking my arroz quesadilla. Rice flour, honey, cottage cheese, and butter are used to make this ethnic quick bread (which has a texture closer to cornbread than cake). Having a honeycomb pan to place it in makes sense. br>br>Gorgeous, heavy-duty, and made in the United States. br>br>I sprayed it with Baking Soda. Klene applied a thin coat of paint to all of the details with a silicone brush. As soon as I flipped it over, the completed product fell out. In the pan, there isn't much of a crum left. The images, in my opinion, speak for themselves. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: This is the ideal brownie pan from a box. When the batter is raw, it reaches the very edge of the dividers, and after rising, it barely holds together. The serving size is 1/20th of the package, and this pan makes 19 uniform portions, allowing for excellent portion control. My husband's calorie counting requires a close match.

This is a lot of fun to cook with
5/5

It's a strange little pan, about 11" across (which means it fits perfectly in my wood stove oven). I brushed the cavities with olive oil and the cakes came out without a hitch. br>br>To see what would happen, I put raisins in the bodies of the bees and sliced almonds in the wings. They don't appear to be very elegant, so I'd probably leave them out of a formal cake. However, at home, it's both amusing and tasty! br>br>Because the segments have their own compartments, they are only connected at the "top" (when baking) or "bottom" (when serving). br>br>It's called a "pull apart cake" because each piece can be pulled apart. I'd never seen anything like it before and was so taken with it that I bought it on the spur of the moment. br>br>I've come across a few different recipes for it online (honey corn cake, brioche rolls, and brownies, to name a few). The recipe I used tonight specifically warns against using the pan's included recipe. This is supported by other reviews I've read on the web. ).

If you're considering purchasing this pan, here's what you should know
5/5

DO IT. DON'T WAIT ANY LONGER. When I first saw this pan, I was ecstatic. It appeared to be a lot of fun to bake with, but I was a little nervous. I read all of the reviews and saw that it was simple to clean and remove the cake. BUT- I'm still unsure. I had the pan for nearly two weeks before putting it to use- I was afraid I'd be disappointed by a crumb mess of a cake and a pan covered in crumbs from a previous baking disaster. I finally decided to use it and made a cake from scratch using only a box mix. again- I was concerned about putting too much money into something that might turn out to be a dud. As one of the reviews suggested, I sprayed a thick layer of flour baking spray on the pan, poured in the cake mix, and crossed my fingers. When the cake was golden-brown in color, I took it out. I flipped the pan over after it had cooled for about 10 minutes. IT HAD BEEN SUCCESS. I couldn't believe it when I saw all the small details, the little bees were perfect, and NOTHING WAS LEFT IN THE PAN. NOTHING. I was both surprised and delighted! could. not. believe. it. Because I hadn't expected it to work, I frosted them as mini cupcakes and sent them to work with my husband. and had no plans to entertain them. There was a lot of anticipation. I'm looking forward to putting it to use once more! (There are a few missing, which were taken by my husband while I went to get my phone to take a picture. ).

What a joy to use a pan like this
5/5

The pan arrived today (with lightning speed, by the way). Like all Nordic Ware specialty pans, this one is nice and heavy. I'd been gathering honey for a while. In preparation for its arrival, I prepared honey donuts as the first bake. I made the honeycomb pattern out of Baker's Joy and flour, making sure to cover all sides. Spread the batter into the pan and give it a couple of knocks on the counter to even it out and remove any air bubbles. Voila! The recipe baked evenly all the way through and came out of the pan with no residue. I took this photo as soon as I turned the cake (donut?). ) out — as you can see, there's not much left in the pan. Finish it off with a lovely honey glaze, and you've got yourself a fun and beautiful offering for your family or any kind of gathering! Cake, bread, and gelatin molds come to mind. This pan is capable of almost anything you can think of. This long-time reader gives it two thumbs up. baker who works part-time.

Beautiful cast-aluminum pan that is built to last! This pan was bigger than I expected, measuring 11 inches across and 12 inches tall — which was a good thing
5/5

With a weight of almost 2 pounds, I'm confident that this pan will last a long time. br>br>Other users have reported cake sticking issues, but a thorough coating of shortening in the pan will yield excellent results! Cleaning it isn't difficult, but I imagine it would be if there was cake stuck to it. br>br>Because the pull apart pieces are so thick, I believe one "comb" would suffice for an adult.

I bought two of these pans because I like them so much
5/5

It's what I used to make a honey lemon glaze for a lemon cake. The recipe included with the pan is quite tasty. They were both lovely and tasty. They're durable and long-lasting, and if you use Baker's Joy spray, cake release will be a breeze. You might want something larger if you're entertaining. As a result, I had to purchase two of them, and they are quite costly.

What a fantastic skillet! As with all bake-offs in the Nordic region, This was one of the most well-made and detailed ware pans I've ever owned
5/5

Other reviewers complained that their cakes were difficult to remove, but mine came out easily. Although the instructions state that regular cooking spray should not be used, I did so anyway, flouring it with cake flour. I believe the key is to tap it on the sink's edge several times to ensure that all of the flour is removed. It gave the detail nice, crisp lines. br>br>As a professional baker, I'd like to point out that the honey lemon cake recipe on the box is not only bad, but it also makes enough for two pans. It's a sponge cake in the sense that it has the texture and flavor of a sponge cake. (However, the recipe's glaze is delectable. ) )br>br>I'm going to try baking a Belgian yeast waffle in it because it reminds me of one. If everything goes well, I'll post a recipe update.

It's okay for a one-time novelty, but it's not the best baking pan
3/5

Although it's a lovely pan, I've only been able to remove a cake from it 1 out of every 5 times. I greased it extensively, but it didn't seem to make a significant difference. Cleaning it is also a challenge!.
