Yes, and I've been using it for over a year with no issues. This baking pan is fantastic. It might even cook a little faster this way.
I wouldn't make flan in this pan. br>I'm not one of those people who waits in line for a cake.
Perhaps not, as the batter is thicker. I didn't put mine to the test; instead, I used it to bake a cake and had no issues. It's understandable that the water would leak due to the removable bottom.
There are none required. If you grease the pan well enough, the cake will come out easily.

I bought two of these to have on hand in case of an emergency. When I bake there, I use the site kitchen. This pan is fantastic. I wasn't sure how well they'd work out, but I think they're fantastic. They are far superior to the ones I have at home. There has been no leaking or sticking from the bottom of the base. br>Get your hands on some of these. This is the pan to use if you want to make coffee cakes, pound cakes, or apple cakes.
Years had passed since I had looked for a cake pan. found it. This one said you didn't need to spray, but I made two cakes, one with and one without, and if you don't want to go crazy waiting for the cake to fall out, spray and it just wisps out. I'm overjoyed that I chose this one:.
If I use it, I'll have to balance it on a bottle, just like my mother used to.
Ours arrived crooked, and we didn't realize it until we put a bundt cake in the oven, which turned out to be a disaster! Before you use it, make sure it's in good shape. And there's no way to fix it.
The angel food cake was evenly baked and turned out beautifully. It was one of Amazon's more affordable pans, but it's still a high-quality product. pan of good quality.
I used this pan to make a cake just a few days after receiving it and had a great time doing so. For any two-person team, If you're using a part pan like this, you'll need to put in a little extra effort to ensure your cake doesn't leak (I wrapped foil around the bottom of the pan). I was able to easily lift the cake out of the pan once it had cooled, as well as flip it onto a plate. It's exactly what I've been looking for. However, after about six months of use, we'll see if the nonstick surface is still as good as it is now. That is something I sincerely hope.
PAN IS EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL. Larger batter cakes and heavier cakes, such as fruitcakes or friendship cakes, will benefit from this size. Also works well as Angel Food!.
I've been making angel food cakes in a nonstick light weight old pan for as long as I can remember. The bottom had bent, so I decided to replace it with a sturdy nonstick one. Since getting this one, I haven't made another angel food cake. Two of them literally fell out of the pan when I turned them upside down to cool. Additionally, while the cake cools, the pan should be placed upside down on a bottle. The hole is too small to fit into a bottle large enough to hold it. On the outside, the cake has a chewy texture. not fluffy or light (My cake mix isn't out of date. ) This is a terrible pan.
