This equipment is not worth the energy or money spent on it. Whenever you open or close those drapes, the rod shifts and falls. Because the screws don't reach the rod, it falls every single time. We have found that even when we use an anchor, the screws fall out of the wall easily.

A waste of time and money. Because there are missing pieces in every 120" double rod I order, I have ordered it four times now. For the other window I got the shorter rod. One of the curtain rods (the one without threads) doesn't have any threads. There's no word for how mad I am. I am very disappointed and not happy with this. Lowest of all low ratings I can give.

This is a piece of trash. Although I usually don't leave negative reviews, I must admit I am going to do just that today. The rod is the flimsiest piece of junk for the expanse it needs to be used. It is a tiny finial and will not withstand any weight when a curtain is attached to it. 84" width needed to be covered but the rod is so scrawny that it cannot be used! Please be warned that returning it is not worth the effort. Your hard-earned dollars are too valuable to be wasted.

Holds heavy curtains, but not heavy drapes. If the thumb screws that hold the rods in place do not work, the rods are too small, or the screws are placed in the wrong area, the rods cannot be held in place. As a result, every time I open my curtains, the curtain rods fly! When you have lightweight curtains, you never have to move them, it's a great price. It's better to spend the extra money and purchase a nicer window treatment for your home if you live in a real house, not a model home where the curtains are open during the day, closed at night.

However, the end decorations come wrapped separately, sealed, and I think they got sealed before the paint dried. They look nice, but I would have preferred they didn't come packaged separately. To the touch, the surface is tacky, and it rubs off onto everything that comes into contact with it. A brand new set of curtains got ruined while I was installing.

Due to the length of the product, it is a great product for light curtains. It is not extremely sturdy, but great for light curtains.

* Put them in the bedroom of my children, along with sheer I had to be gentle with closing and opening curtains, but it worked fine.

Thanks, the rod looks great. It is very accurate and came in on time. My problem is that I cannot agree I'm having difficulty opening and closing my curtains because it gets stacked on the part where the rod connects, and everything starts to move as soon as I push It's now time to smooth the edges by putting some tape over the top. That doesn't make me happy.

I could see inside the box without opening it because it had been damaged when it arrived here. There was a sort of assembly line in place. There was a piece of rod that was jammed inside another piece, so instead of having a double rod set, I had to assemble a single rod and even with the middle support bracket the ends are bowing* I will never purchase anything.
