These curtain rods do not offend me in the least. I was concerned that the quality would suffer as a result of the high price, but they are well worth the money and are extremely durable! Mine are supporting sheer curtains as well as a pair of fairly thick pink blackout curtains. I really like mine, and I didn't have any problems with the end pieces not being able to be attached (as someone else had in a previous review). I will state unequivocally that the instructions are incorrect. The instructions say to drill with a 3/16 inch bit, which we did, but the wall anchors didn't fit. Even hammering it in would be impossible. However, if you just used the screw without the anchor, the hole would be too big. We ended up using a drill bit that was 1/4 inch in diameter, which was a good match for the anchor. Drilling with that allowed me to push the anchor in (without using a hammer) and then drill the screw into the anchor. If you want to be safe, start with the 3/16th and work your way up if you have trouble getting the anchor in. This purchase has brought me great joy. I'm planning on ordering a few more for my living room. Because of the instructions, I'm only deducting one star. I would have given up because I couldn't come up with a workaround that didn't require me to go to the store or order larger screws if I hadn't found a YouTube video telling me that I should just be able to push in the anchor (giving me the idea to go up in drill bit size). I'm trying to stay in as much as possible right now, especially with the quarantine and the riots in Minneapolis (where I live). I hope this information is useful to you.

I didn't have high expectations for this because it's so much less expensive than store-bought sets. But it's a lot worse than I expected. The finals appear to have been chewed on by a dog, and the rod extension ms are about half the diameter of the rod's first half. If you use pocket curtains, this isn't a big deal, but I have grommets. Although the smaller rod has end caps, it does not fit the extension. I guess I'll have to spend more, but I couldn't take it any longer!.

*update- Support priority mailed me a replacement end cap in less than a week from the time I contacted them, I am extremely pleased with the product and support
br>Ordered this product previously, first order was very happy with and had no issues, so I ordered more. The second order arrived with parts that were missing. The end caps were missing from the parts bag, which had been ripped open in several places. I've reached out to customer service and am waiting for a response.

I was sent the wrong item several times before giving up and using what was sent, but it's black and doesn't complete the look I was after. If you are sent the correct product and size, it is of good quality and simple to install.

It was simple to set up, but you get what you pay for when it comes to electronics. The rear rods aren't staying in place, and it's difficult to get a drill or screwdriver into the right spot to put the screws in.

I like the curtain rods, but I wish the second one was a little more sturdy or a little longer to better hold the sheer curtain.
