Without much difficulty, I installed it according to the instructions

The shelf is made of sturdy, solid stainless steel and was easily installed into an existing finished tile wall with 1/8" grout lines. Following the enclosed instructions, it took less than 45 minutes from start to finish. I used an oscillating saw with a Dewalt diamond coated rasp blade to make the job much easier. If you only had a Dremel tool, you could probably get away with it. Hand tools, I don't believe, will suffice. Of course, putting it in before grouting would have been easier.

Wire baskets or glass shelves are much more modern options. I wish they weren't so expensive, but they do look fantastic.
