It wasn't something that came to mind when I bought mine, and I don't have any reliable evidence to back it up. Here are a few things to think about: 1) It is possible to mount the device to the wall. However, drilling through whatever surface your shower has and finding solid material to screw the fittings into would be required. Any opening to the subsurface in a shower or bath is always a risk. 2) Clamps that fit into the wall mountings and are adjustable to clamp the glass shelf in place are used to hold it in place. The clamping surfaces are made of a rubberized material. Material that acts as a buffer between the clamp's metal and the glass, for example. How tight can these clamps be adjusted to keep the glass in place? Of course, it must be sufficient to avoid slipping. What effect does water have on the surfaces where the clamps and the glass meet? Especially if you're using soap or shampoo? This is, in my opinion, a very dangerous section. You don't want this shelf to fall out of its brackets and crash at your feet while you're in the shower. It's not something I'd take a chance on.

Here are my guidelines. The product performs as expected, but there are no instructions included. As a result, I'm going to leave some guidelines here. br>br>Instructions for putting it there:
1. Open the gap between the rubber parts that holds the glass in place by unscrewing the screw in the bottom of both metal pieces.
2. Tighten the glass after it has been inserted into the opening.
3. Place the metal piece where you want it until you're satisfied.
4. Measure the distance between the middles of one metal piece and the middles of the other metal piece horizontally. It should be between 8'' and 9'' in length. 10''.
5. Choose a location on your wall where you want to hang it. Each metal piece on the wall should have its top center marked. br>br>Disassemble and reassemble:
1. Remove the screw from the stainless steel piece's bottom completely. It will disintegrate into two parts.
2. Place the holed piece on the wall with the metal piece on top, just as you did when determining your wall location.
3. On each side, make a mark for the two screws. br>4. Assemble the pieces and hang them on the wall. Keep an eye out for studs and avoid using the plastic drywall anchor if one can be found. Use a plastic drywall anchor if there isn't a stud.
5. Get one of the other metal pieces (the part that slides on) and slide it up from the bottom all the way to the top while the two pieces are still attached to the wall.
6. Replace the screw you just removed and tighten it up a little.
7. Allow the metal piece to fall and rest on the screw before continuing to screw until the rubber pieces on both sides have a 1/2'' gap between them.
8. Place your glass piece in place and tighten the screws on the bottom until it is secure. br>br>Thank you very much.
Excellent quality tempered glass shelves at a reasonable price. In our shower, we wanted shelves for shampoo and other items that we use on a regular basis. We chose these semi-precious stones after looking at a number on the line. KES Home has a round glass shelf. Strong, well-made, and solidly attached brackets to hold the shelf. Good thickness (8mm), tempered glass, and polished beveled edges, but most importantly, strong, well-made, and solidly attached brackets. We have no reason to believe that if the shelf is bumped, it will fall off. Overall, a great looking product at a great price! We would highly recommend this product for a shower, other parts of the bathroom, or anywhere you need a nice looking corner shelf. br>Recent changes: These are so nice that we bought a second one for our bathroom.
This was purchased as a shelf for storing cooking oils above the stove. The weight of the glass struck me as impressive. Although the description indicates the glass thickness, I was still picturing something thinner. It is designed in such a way that the screws are completely hidden, giving it a polished appearance. It's very simple to clean because it's made of glass.
This item appealed to me because of its brushed nickel finish and sleek appearance. It was purchased in November 2019 as part of a bathroom renovation. Due to a delay in my bathroom cabinets, I did not install it until 4/2020. This came with no instructions, but I figured it out on my own, and the finish on both wall brackets is not only defective, but the location where you enter the bottom screws was not fully cut by the machinery (?). ) that is responsible for the hole cutting. Both pieces were covered in sharp metal shards. I couldn't return it because of the 30-day return policy, so I got some tools out and shaved off the sharp edges and tried to finish the bad cuts; however, it doesn't fit flush to the glass once installed. The plastic piece on which the glass rests should probably be replaced with a soft mesh cloth of some kind, and strangely, there is no protection between the top bracket and the glass. I didn't want to overtighten it because it's plastic, and I didn't want to crack the glass. I'M NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH IT. I wish I had opened this box right away (well, I did, but only to make sure the glass shelf wasn't broken, and I only glanced at the brackets without fully inspecting them). Then I looked at product reviews and saw that others had expressed their dissatisfaction with the product as well. PLEASE, AMAZON, STOP SELLING CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS! I took some pictures, but I don't see where I can put them.
This shelf accomplishes the goal and was relatively simple to put together. The only criticism I have is that the shelf slopes downward from the back to the front edge, despite the fact that the wall is vertical. If I really wanted to, I could shim underneath the front edge of the wall mounts, but I shouldn't have to. br>br>Perhaps the manufacturer or seller can advise on the best method for leveling the glass from front to back? br>br>(Edit: Added: Added: Added: Added: Added: Added: Added: It was my fault that the issue arose. This shelf has a nice appearance to it, and I believe it is well-made. However, keep in mind that the shelf brackets extend down about 3 inches, and there's a part that has to slide on from the underside, so you'll need to install it several inches above anything that could hit it in order to make that happen and screw it in place at the end. The amount of clearance it required on top meant it was installed much higher than the look I was going for. I installed it right above my bathroom sink with a small backsplash that is mounted to the wall like a regular backsplash, and because of the amount of clearance it required on top, it was installed much higher than the look I was going for. But, in the end, I like the look and the height is fine with me.
These shelves are fantastic. With the one shelf I was able to install, it exceeded all expectations. Unfortunately, the person I hired to put up the shelves forgot to bring the second set of hardware. I emailed the seller with a question, and she promptly replied. However, the advice to visit "Your Account"- > "Your Orders" is a phrase that means "Your Requests. " > Most of the items I ordered do not have a "problem with order" option for getting a replacement set of hardware, or I would have already contacted them via that method. This option is only available on a few items. I've sent an email directly to the company in the hopes of receiving a response. If you want your bathroom to have a modern, contemporary feel, I highly recommend this design. It definitely finished the look I was going for. The glass was well-protected by the packaging, and the shelf is relatively simple to assemble and very sturdy.
