A bottom towel bar is included in one of the designs. The top bar is not a towel bar, but rather a safety bar to prevent things from falling off. The glass itself is used to determine the dimensions. The shelf's quality and ease of installation were both very pleasing to me.
It's made of glass, and it's completely transparent. I like mine so much that I ordered two more.
During the tiling process, the tile installer installed two glass shelves. The shelves are placed between the tiles, and the installation is finished with grout. I didn't notice any details; all I saw was the finished product, which is stunning.
Although this one did not come with any other options than screwing it in, I have purchased other floating shelves that do not require screws. It should come up if you search for floating shelf without holes. I put them in my shower and they've held up well so far.

To a tiled bath, I added this. Although there were no instructions included with the product, it was simple to put together. When all the screws were phillips, I'm not sure why they had an allen wrench in the hardware bag. I used a 1/4 diamond bit to make the holes because the wall anchors were so large. br>It was simple to install the tile after the holes were drilled in it.
To install these shelves, I used a 1/4" diamond hole saw to cut holes in my porcelain bathroom tiles. There are numerous videos on YouTube that demonstrate how to do this - If you want to avoid splitting the tile, you'll need diamond hole saws; it's a bit of a pain and takes a long time to make each hole, but it's the right way to do it. br>br>After that, I filled each hole with bathroom-related items. I used food-grade silicone and tapped the plastic wall anchors that came with the kit into place. I twisted the anchors as I inserted them to ensure that the silicone adhered properly to the hole's walls and did not fall into the gap between them. br>br>After that, I was able to finish the installation by screwing the included stainless steel screws into the shelf mounting brackets and then installing the shelves.
I needed a small corner shelf for a smallish guest cabin bathroom, and this fit the bill perfectly. I ordered this one because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to hang the towel on it or not - and I was right. If that is the case, that is fantastic. If not, I'll simply order a towel ring (as shown below). br>br>Unfortunately, there wasn't enough room where I mounted the mirror to hang the towel as well, but that's not a big deal. I simply turned it on its side and took advantage of the "guard rail. " I figured I'd put the toothbrush jar from the apothecary set (shown below) on it to keep guest toothbrushes and glasses out of the "splash zone. " For added convenience, I cut out a couple felt circles and added two sturdy stemless wine glasses. It was all just right! It's just elegant enough while still fitting in with the cabin's rustic style. br>br>The finish appears to be easy to clean, and the shelf is simple to install and sturdy. br>br>ASIN B08FHPCBK6 "Mason Jar Bathroom Accessories Set 4 - Decorative Mason Jars" is also shown. These shelves received a few less than perfect reviews. There shouldn't be any in the first place. To avoid drilling my ceramic tiles, I drilled in my shower grout lines, which leveled the drilling locations automatically. The brackets were securely attached with the provided fasteners. As long as your wall corners are reasonably square, these will go up quickly, withstand a lot of weight, look great, and last a long time. Use sealer in the drill holes if they will be exposed to water for an extended period of time.
I liked the look of the glass and chrome, but the corner for which I purchased them was too small. I was dissatisfied and planned to return them until I came up with a better solution. I made corner trays for the bathroom counters out of them! I put silicone dots (or pads) on the bottom to keep it from scratching the counters, and voila! It was a slam-dunk success!.
The shelf itself is lovely, and if you're handy and have some spare screws from other projects, you can make it work. They sent three screws, and the fourth was a flat decorative pretend screw, for lack of a better term. Also, while this Allen wrench may be useful for something else that should have come with an Allen wrench but didn't, it serves no purpose on this shelf because every screw is a Phillips head. So close.
Although it is relatively simple to set up, there are no instructions provided. This appears to be a recurring theme among the reviews. The quality of the hardware is poor. br>br> Be on the lookout for parts that have gone missing. I purchased two of these, one of which was missing a mounting bracket and the other of which was missing the rubber stop on the glass tightening screw. I would have broken the glass if I hadn't noticed it before tightening the screws. There was also a Phillips screw and a flat screw! To top it off, an Allen wrench was included despite the fact that it was completely unnecessary!.
Was debating whether or not to get the plastic shelf with pole, but decided to get these instead. We installed three of them in our bath/shower, and they look and feel great. They were a great price for the set, and they were simple to install. In a few months, I'll publish an update.
