They have a world-class customer service department, too. There was a broken glass door on one of the mirrors. As soon as possible, they replaced it. You do not need to ask any questions. The product is excellent It was a pleasure to work with you!.
It is very nice to have a medicine cupboard with a mirror and One small quibble is that if you turn it off at the switch, it does not remember where you set the temperature as a unit. Although the time is remembered, the program is unreliable. It came with a cracked mirror on one of the doors but the seller sent a replacement quickly and the doors can easily be removed and attached.
The quality is excellent, and the features are great. We were very pleased with the packaging. Installing it recessed is not very easy since it requires you to cut a hole in the wall. Besides carpentry skills, dry wall skills, electrical skills, and plumbing skills, if you're unlucky like me, you need to have other skills as well. Once I cut into the wall, I discovered it was in the way and I had to move the vent tube. Even though I knew this would require quite a bit of work when I purchased it, I still gave it five stars. If you want to install this, then you need to be both skilled and knowledgeable. However, once it is up and running, it is quite impressive. Because it has been up for less than a week, I don't know how long it will last. If you are considering purchasing this, I recommend it.
You can see the frame is completely made of metal, with no particle board or wood involved whatsoever. It takes a little time to set up the hole in the wall during the installation. It was easy to install the cabinet and to wire it. Blossom responded quickly to my email about the lights on the doors not working after a day. They shipped out new doors shortly after receiving my email. The cabinet was well protected for transportation and the replacement doors were well packed as well. This is a rare cabinet to find in today's market, even if it is pricey. It is very well built. The only thing I would have liked to see changed is that the light in the mirror be a bit brighter to allow for use without a room light. The only limitation is that this is a high end cabinet, so I think anyone looking for it should buy it.

It's amazing how good these mirrors look! They seem to be the talk of the town! We had one that arrived with a broken front mirror, but the company was very fast to send us a replacement. Also, one of the clock/temperature displays developed a fault, but a replacement is on its way. The same item broke twice after being bought, so not sure if it is just one.
They appear to need to correct something regarding their delivery because the majority of reviews mention that their item was damaged It would be more cost effective if the company just packaged its products better instead of responding quickly.
A left and right hinged mirror medicine cabinet that I bought all the way out was the result of my excessive shopping In our master bathroom, we placed them either side of each other. We refer to this purchase as the primary bathroom, so go ahead and pound sand if you like. It was great working with the seller from the point of sale, through delivery to catching the mistake I made with two of the same hinged mirrors in the beginning. Despite not knowing I needed two left mirrors, they knew I needed left and right. They are heavy (that shows how superior they are), and show how heavy the mirrors and medicine cabinets are). All elements were superb, top notch, 100% flawless in the finishing. I knew from the start that the remodel of the bathroom would be a jewel. It is worth quite a bit of money, and I thought I was making a diamond out of a pig. As soon as the software was installed, all the details worked. Astonished was the best way to describe my reaction.
