Hello! If you're competing in the Rio Olympics, we're guessing you've already been assigned a nutritionist. However, for the rest of us, this is a useful supplement. Thanks!
I'd say it's better for cycling because cyclists typically work out for longer periods of time. I'm a 60-year-old mountain biker, and if I ride or race for more than 2 hours, Sportslegs or something to prevent cramps is a must. I get leg cramps and cramps in my hands, especially when it's hot and humid. The speed with which they work will astound you. Under my bike shorts, I have a baggy with about ten capsules. You can take one every 20 minutes or so if things start to go wrong.
Lactate, magnesium, and vitamin D
I only take it before I play tennis for two reasons. Three hours, two or three times per week, and it's perfect! If you aren't already exercising, I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm training for my third marathon and was looking for something to help my legs feel better around mile 18 and beyond. On two long runs, I used these exactly as instructed and saw no difference. It didn't help that my recovery was also slow. I would advise you not to spend your money on these.
Because of some of the reviews, I was initially skeptical. However, I am on my second bottle to ensure that I truly notice a difference. I do! br>I am no longer tired, and I make sure to take the proper dosage according to the instructions. For every 50 pounds of body weight, take one pill. I'm so glad I bought these because running isn't my favorite activity, but they definitely help my legs feel less tired and heavy! I strongly suggest it!.
This is something I bought for running to help me push harder and longer, and it works great as long as you replenish your muscle carb stores. I eat over 4000 calories per day and alternate between the Bowflex and Bench in my living room, running on a 2 day on, 3 day off cycle of each and then flipping them. Even though BCAA's help, you still have that lactic acid that holds you back if you're running or lifting weights, and with this supplement, you don't feel that wall during pumps and when running. br>br>You do have to mentally force yourself to stop after about 45 minutes or so so you don't injure yourself, but if you didn't have any limits, this stuff could let you keep digging, and if you take it with caffeine and L-glutamine, it could help you dig even deeper. You can literally go for hours on theanine and Phenylpiracetam nootropic. br>br>Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to push harder, get faster results, or simply help fight mind over matter.
For years, I've used this for pre-event planning. Muscle fatigue and soreness can occur before, during, and after skiing and hiking. I tried to figure out how it works, but the explanation is beyond me. All I can say is that it has made a significant difference in my life, and I no longer use NSAIDS. It worked well for my husband's post-workout soreness. He was curious if it helped with his arthritic back pain as well. ) While it may not be a cure-all, it does help to alleviate muscle pain.
During my time in the police academy, I used this technique. We began with a one-mile run and gradually increased to 6 miles. We ran up to four times per week on occasion. I was in a funk in Week 15 and decided to buy Sportlegs to help me get out of it. I had terrible cramps the first few times I took them. After that, it became a ritual for me to take them before runs, and I discovered that taking them 20 minutes before a run was the best time, as it significantly improved endurance and recovery.
Early in 2021, I resolved to improve my health by swimming 500 meters breaststroke every other day. My muscles were sore all day, and when I increased my distance to 1000m every other day in May, it only got worse. br>br>It was easymode to reach 1000 meters after taking these pills. I'm not even close to being as sore as I was before. I even added 100 meters of rapid water jogging to the end of my pool routine, which exhausts my legs but relieves the pain even before I finish my post-swim shower rinse. This is incredible, and I'm speechless. I'm thinking about going to the pool every day rather than every other day now. br>br>The directions say to take one pill per 50 pounds every two hours; I'm 210 pounds, so that's four pills, but I've found that I only need two pills and still get great results. br>br>These pills are a full-fledged game changer. changer. If I had the option, I'd give these six stars.
I followed the dosage instructions to a tee. It happened on a 70-mile gravel bike ride that included a 9,000-foot climb. To put it another way, it's a bit of a challenge. I scored a 13 on average. 0 mph. I rode the same route two months ago and averaged 11 miles per hour. 5 mph. That's a significant increase in speed. I didn't do any exercise for two weeks during that time. I've been out of commission for 5 weeks due to surgery, so it's not like I'm suddenly in better shape. On some of the climbs, I felt like I was barely trying, and I had a lot less muscle burn. I'm a little sore today, but normally such an effort would destroy my legs, so I'll be purchasing more.
I used this before several of my longer runs (10 miles or more) and noticed a difference in "dead legs" during the run as well as a slight lack of soreness afterward. When I took the same dosage after my run as I did before, it REALLY shone (at least for me). The best example is a 20-mile run (which usually leaves me creaky and slow-moving). After using sportlegs before and after the run, I was almost pain-free the next day.
