Questions & Answers

Water with a sweet flavor does not appeal to me. Is the lemon one sweet, and does it taste like lemonade?

It's too strong tasting for me when mixed as directed - Both the sweet and salty flavors are present. In a large 32-ounce Yeti type stainless steel jug, I combine one packet with ice (about 20-ounces with the ice). It's perfect with 24 ounces of water.

Is it true that these things have a shelf life? Is this the case, and how long will it last?

They do, in fact, have a shelf life or expiration date. I'm not sure how long it will last, but the package I just bought has a two-year expiration date.

Is it possible to combine this with boiling water? It reminds me of a cup of tea. ?

I'm not sure if it would affect the vitamins' efficacy, but it would certainly dissolve. That sounds interesting, but I'm not sure how good it would taste.

What is the daily limit?

I had no idea there was such a thing as a cap.

This is not a low-sugar diet

I couldn't find the nutritional information, so I took it on faith that it was low sugar; however, it is not, and it is not a good way to replenish electrolytes; 12 grams of sugar per packet, just in case anyone is curious.

I used one packet and became extremely ill; the back of my neck hurt, my headache felt like it was on fire, I was sweating but freezing at the same time, and I couldn't move without puking. I couldn't even get in touch with my daughter for assistance. Without your doctor's permission, it is not recommended. It was terrifying, and two days later, I'm still feeling strange. Never again will I use this product. I had to give them one star because I didn't want to give them anything else. Please be careful.

This tastes fantastic, but I'm disappointed that it did not arrive in the bag shown; how can I be sure they haven't been tampered with? It was odd that they didn't come in a bag and instead came wrapped in clear paper.

So far, my favorite flavor is strawberry. It doesn't have the same berry flavor as the other. I make these with iced tap water and a good stir. Cold is the best. A large glass is used by me. I believe the glass is a 20-ouncer. In my opinion, the temperature in the room is not ideal. When I'm feeling under the weather or dehydrated, I drink them. It appeals to me that they contain actual sugar. I haven't had a chance to try the lemon flavor yet.

It has a great flavor and is very hydrating

For the past year, I've been purchasing these. I work in the heating and air conditioning industry and am constantly in hot attics. I need something to keep me hydrated because I sweat a lot while working. Many of my coworkers have since become loyal customers as a result of my recommendations. It also has a fantastic flavor.
