This is what the travel pouches look like. The stick is the way to go. Theoretically, you get more product, but there is a lot more waste and it's a lot more messy!

It just feels right to give the products a review. br>br>I had seen this before because a friend with whom I run informed me of it. So when I first received the belt and it came with a sample of the sweet sweat gel, I thought to myself, "This is nonsense, it won't do anything," but after using both the belt and the gel for a week, I noticed a difference in sweat and water loss. br>br>I can't speak to the other products because I stuck with what worked and ordered the 20 sweet sweat pack sample again, and the product is effective. br>br>However, in order for the band and the gel to work, you must actually put in the time and effort into the workout. There is NO SUCH THING AS A MAGIC CREAM that you rub on and think will make a 15-minute run change anything. br>If you're in that mindset and think it'll work if you don't put in any effort, it won't because you didn't bother to put in any effort. Sorry, not sorry. br>br>Every day, I run for an hour in the morning and then another 35 minutes before going to bed. I've compared water loss in a normal run without and a run with the product, and it truly works. br>br>Because the scale I have is extremely accurate, I was able to see if there was a difference in water loss aka sweat from when I didn't use it to when I did. Sweat loss of 5 pounds vs. 3 pounds 5 pounds of water loss with the gel and band. br>br>That's all I have to say. Take it for what it is. If you actually put in the effort, it will work. If you don't, there won't be any difference. As far as people saying it's difficult to wash out, that's nonsense unless you work out and let it sit rather than washing it off right afterward. br>br>Overall, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. 5 out of 5 stars, and keep in mind that you get what you put in; if you put in minimal effort, you'll get minimal results and conclude that it doesn't work. If you put in the effort, you'll see the results. When I get a chance, I'll update this with pictures.
This travel packet version is one of my favorites because it keeps the gel fresh and convenient. This gel will quickly warm you up, causing you to sweat profusely. To get the best results, I recommend riding a bike and then going for a run, followed by some ab exercises. Lovely! The only problem is getting rid of it and washing it away. arduousbr>[Update]: arduousbr>[Update]: arduousbr is taken aback by the fact that the gel will liquidize even if you do not exercise, giving the impression that you are sweating profusely. It's just a phony sweat, after all. So keep that in mind.
These came with a matching waist trainer/sweat wrap, which I bought as well. This combination makes me so happy. The waist trainer alone makes you sweat profusely, but this only adds to the experience. When I use this, I am completely drenched in sweat. Individual packets are my favorite because, despite the fact that they get messy because you have to use your hands, they last a long time. I only use this on my stomach, and each packet lasts me about three workouts! Not to mention that I've never had a problem with stains on my clothes.
I enjoy watching all of the water retention DRIP OFF of me!.
It works.
I do sweat, but not to the extent that I would like. I love this product; I bought a cute sweat belt a few years ago and use it with it, but I also rub this on my arms and legs when I do a full body workout, and even without the belt, my arms and legs are dripping wet by the end. It definitely does what it claims to do, and you can feel your body warming up. In addition, I think the packets are a fantastic idea and are extremely portable.
When I'm at the gym and working under a fan, I get torticollis the majority of the time. This lotion/body cream keeps me warm without causing me any problems, and I believe that keeping my body warm reduces muscle pain.
It works (at least for me) and has produced the claimed results. "It comes highly recommended. ".
