Yes . It's incredibly delectable - For all of the flavors, I typically use 32 oz of water with ice - I prefer it diluted; my mother and a friend mix it with 16 oz of water as directed; I've kept it in the fridge and it's fine - Before purchasing small tubs, I started with a variety pack. All of them are excellent.
I've never had an issue, and if it hardens, I simply break it up with a scoop. Keep using it. Whatever the case may be, it appears to be beneficial. If you want a more "scientific" answer, you should contact the manufacturer.

I started drinking this after a former tennis pro recommended it to me while working out and playing tennis. A small amount, mixed with water, is all that is required. I prefer the grape flavor because it is very refreshing and aids in the replenishment of electrolytes while exercising.
I'm still putting it to the test, but my post-workout headaches have vanished. This balance product appears to have delivered on its promise of replacing electrolytes during and after exercise.
This stull is the best! It's sugar-free, comes in a variety of serving sizes ranging from singles to a couple of different container sizes, and comes in a variety of flavors. Overall, a good product; the plastic tub offers greater value but is less portable. In the future, I believe I will make both packets and tubs. In addition, I prefer the blue raspberry flavor to the grape flavor.

I adore this, and it was thanks to it that I was able to convince my husband to give up his Coca-Cola habit. This should be drank with cola! He described it as tasting like bubblegum in a good way, and I think he's right; it's absolutely delicious! They do have a deal online where if you buy six, you get money off, so look for that because you will go through it quickly because it's so good.
