Energy has a 12-hour duration. In November of 2016, I purchased this. The count is 500. Since then, I've been using this product on a daily basis. FYI: 2 cups of coffee from a 200mg capsule br>Before making a purchase, make sure you have the following information: Compared to coffee and energy drinks, I wanted something that was less expensive and lasted longer. First and foremost, I am a 30-year-old male who stands 5'9" tall, weighs 180 pounds, and has a medium build. I have a moderate/high caffeine tolerance, and sodas such as Coca-Cola had no effect on me. I've also tried various teas, 5 hour energy, and Monster, all of which had no effect. NOS, Rockstar, Red Bull, and coffees were effective, but they made me crash in the middle of the day. It's been 5 hours since I started. If you have a lower tolerance, the 100 mg capsules may be more appropriate. I had trouble sleeping before I started taking this, so I can't say whether it will cause insomnia in you. However, because I only take this product in the morning when I wake up, it shouldn't be a factor because the therapeutic effects should have worn off by then. First impressions: br>br> br>After waking up, I took one capsule and noticed that the effects took about 20 minutes to appear. After 30 minutes, take a break. Fatigue faded over time, and there were no headaches, which some people insist they need to feel in order to know it's working. Coffee has no effect on bowel movements. I went to work and worked for 12 hours; there was no crash, no fatigue, and I had plenty of energy. I took one on a day off as an experiment and spent the entire day lounging around. The majority of the time, these are enough to get me through the day. Looking back, I wish I had tablets so I could take half a tablet instead of the full dose, but I can't do that with capsules. Cons: It wakes you up, but it has only a minor impact on your ability to focus once you're awake. Capsules, unlike tablets, cannot be broken in half. Pep pills are associated with negative stereotypes. Insomnia? idk. br>br>I would still recommend these because they work and have few side effects.

It worked great until I ran out of our generic store brand, and he struggled in class every day he took it. He was back to being focused in class after I got some more generic from the store. Obviously, it does not contain the caffeine or the amount of caffeine that is stated. This is my main concern. What else could have been in it when I handed it over to my kid?.

I had high expectations, but my expectations were not met. Caffeine in sodas and coffee usually has an effect on me. However, I tried one capsule several times and only "felt" the caffeine once, and the last time I tried one, I fell asleep within an hour. From capsule to capsule, the dosage appears to be inconsistent. The product was returned.

To begin, let me state unequivocally that these are the best. The most cost-effective and highest-quality caffeine pill I've ever used. br>br>Like many of you, I enjoy coffee, but it's costly, time-consuming, and inconvenient when you need a quick boost. Coffee would have a strong impact on me as well- a soaring crest followed by a deafening crash This item is quite unique. I experience a quick but gentle rise, a brief plateau, and then a natural descent. There are no jitters, calories, or inconvenient side effects. I can't say enough good things about these Nutricost pills. They've been my go-to for years, and I highly recommend them. I also appreciate that they're made in the United States (I believe in Utah), that they're capsules rather than hard tablets like so many others, and that they're so cheap. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try.

This is the best brand of caffeine pill I've tried as a truck driver since March 1995. Forget about jet alert, equate, and no doze; vivarin in capsule form, I believe, gives me more bang for my buck. It's also "speed ballable," which means it can be delivered even more quickly. Take a deep breath and pop the capsule open.

I've woken up with a headache every day of my life; My mother gave me Anacin, a caffeine-containing medication, when I was twelve, and it was then that I discovered the cure for my morning headaches. I've been taking caffeine first thing in the morning since then. I get more than a year's worth of use out of this enormous bottle. Yeow! It's a lot less expensive than Rockstars and has a lot less junk. Combine these with a L-shaped necklace. With a theanine tab, possibly some taurine, B12, and a large glass of water (this is critical), you can create an energy source that's just as effective as caffeine, but healthier (no dyes, carbonation, flavorings, or sugar). This is a hands-on experience. I'm going down the road.
