Even if I don't work out, I try to use it at least once a day. They are the company's directors, as well. I'll reiterate that, even after a layoff, I no longer have "bad days" or "off days" when I run. I've been taking Endurox for over two years, and despite hitting a plateau around the one-year mark, I've gotten over it and it continues to help me with long-distance running.
I'm guessing you meant "does this product contain any prohibited substances?" There aren't any. If you're competing, however, I'd check with the organization you're affiliated with to see if using Endurox is allowed. Exc; Although the use of deer antler velvet is not prohibited, it is not permitted by major sporting organizations.
Your box will expire in February 2021 (next year) according to the expiration date on the outside of the box.
Yes, it was only recently (perhaps the last two months) that I began to have mediocre days. I was still able to finish the workout, but I didn't feel like I was giving my best effort. So I took a break from Endurox to reset, and two days ago I went for a run and was WAY OFF! It had been almost a year since I had performed so poorly. Because my local GNC no longer carries it, I'll have to order it online. Give it a shot, it's really effective!

I'm caffeine sensitive, and in the summer of 2016, I was looking for a caffeine-free product to help me boost my output during long distance running. I bought Endurox Exel, and the first day I took it, I ran 6 miles. I realized I wasn't feeling "the burn" until halfway through! I couldn't believe what I saw! I'm 34 years old, and I'm willing to bet that I could outrun my 23-year-old self! It works as advertised to reduce latic acid buildup, and you won't get sore muscles from using it, at least not in nearly a year. An aside: It's been nearly a year since I've felt like I've reached a stalemate. I took a week off from taking it. Muscle aches. Returning to the point of this post, this is why I'm typing. I'm just a regular guy who enjoys running, and I'd like to offer an unbiased opinion; I stand to gain nothing by doing so.
It makes it easier for you to go the extra mile! For several years, I've been cycling off and on during non-training periods for both cycling and marathons, as well as physical fitness tests, using Endurox Excel tabs. I just wanted to leave a comment this time because I've been away from the site for four months due to work. Weekly workouts are 1 x hills, 1 x interval sprints Hiit, 1 x tempo run, and 2010% builds for marathon pace on Saturdays for marathon pace. Weekly workouts are Prior to runs, I've been doing strength training for about two weeks and, as usual, I feel like I can go "longer" in distance and during Hiit workouts. This item is incredible! I had previously tried their Endurox Excel powder, but it didn't have the same effect as the "tabs. " " Because most local stores near me no longer stock this item, I'm forced to order it from Amazon. This is a product that I will continue to use all year.
When I was younger, I tried a lot of different supplements. Creatine (brute strength), NO2 supplements (recovery and less muscle fade) were the only three that I noticed had any effect. And then there's this (long-term endurance) stuff. br>None of their new products appear to have the same impact as the original pills. It functions admirably.
It's difficult to assess the efficacy of supplements, but I do believe that when I take this before a run or hike, I feel stronger, have more energy, and have greater endurance. br>br>I'm not sure why the sub rating includes flavor. These are pills that you take and don't have much of a taste to them. Putting them in my mouth, on the other hand, is certainly not "disgusting. ".
Friendly to females! It doesn't make me jittery or cause a significant increase in my heart rate. This stuff is great because it is delivered quickly and at a reasonable price.
For the past six years, I've used Endurox Excel. It's been seven years and it's still going strong. It won't give you superpowers or make you feel stronger, but I've noticed that when I take this supplement, I'm able to push myself a little harder than usual (after 3 weeks, I'm feeling the effects). My training cycle consists of three weeks of peaking, one week of maintaining it, and one week of recovery. br>As far as getting lean is concerned. According to my personal experience, the product does not contain any ingredients that aid in weight loss. You begin to push yourself harder and become leaner more quickly.
While racing in my 20s, I began taking Endurox Excel and remember the benefits of increased VO2 and stamina, as well as no leg pain the next day. Let us fast forward nearly two decades. Physically, I'm not as fit as I once was, but mentally, I believe I'm still that twenty-something athlete. My runs (6 times per week) 4 miles, 25 miles 25 miles. However, 25 miles, a day off, and then repeat are no longer as long or as demanding as they once were: They feel every bit as long as my 15 milers did back in the day, even though I'm in my forties and 6'4 and 235 pounds. Regardless, I remembered how well Endurox had worked for me in the past, so I decided to repurchase it, and it continues to provide me with the same benefits as before. I combine the tabs with the R4 recovery and look forward to my workouts each day. I'm not in any pain, and I'm not stressed because I'm running at my "Cross country pace" of 8 minutes 45 seconds per mile. I only have 20 more words to write before they won't let me submit my review.
Perhaps people say this because as they progress through their training, their endurance improves, but they mistakenly attribute these improvements to this supplement?.
