Why was Amazon's Sensitivity Filter preventing my review from being published? Why? br>So far, I'm very pleased with this product; it provides the same benefits as products that cost twice as much, and I was hesitant to spend the money again after running out of a much more expensive Electrolytes Supplement. During the Keto Diet, however, I began to experience leg cramps at night. I decided to give this product a try after reading the positive reviews. My leg cramps were gone within a day. This product has been fantastic and offers a better value for money than its more expensive competitors while delivering similar, if not better, results.

When I'm working in the yard, I take this supplement to help with cramping and heat. As a re-mineralizer, this is an excellent addition to water. drinking plenty of water When I was younger, I was 77, there were salt tablet dispensers at every job site where people worked outside and were at risk of heat stroke. No one ever got a heat stroke because we could drink a lot of water and replace salt with these caps, which have other electrolytes and really help prevent heat problems as long as I drink the water.
