Purchase a pulse oximeter as well as some of these. They're also cheap, and in my opinion (as a former paramedic), a must-have for any home medic. Covid attaches to your respiratory system, depriving you of oxygen. Keep an eye on your oxygen levels and keep them in mind. Before you get into the big bottles, these bottles are the best value I've found. This is an excellent product.
According to the reviews, this product does not work. However, I seriously doubt that any of the people who left negative reviews truly needed the oxygen. This is a product that I have used for a long time. I carry it with me on high-altitude hikes in case of hipoxia, and it has always worked perfectly for me or a hiking companion. It's an excellent alternative. Anyone would benefit from it.
This item is a complete rip-off. br>br>You don't seem any different. I've been to an oxygen bar before, so I'm familiar with the sensation of breathing in oxygen. The same thing was said by my son. br>br>This is still the same as the high-pressure air I use to clean my computer keyboard. br>br>Don't waste your money.
If you are in an emergency, even the large sized can only give you about 10 minutes of oxygen, as you will need approximately 1 liter of 90% oxygen per minute. I would recommend an oxygen concentrator if you have a significant need for oxygen, such as recovering from COVID at home. When I have an injury, I take this oxygen supplement to help me heal more quickly. I was bitten by a recluse spider and it took months for it to heal. The bite wound grew at a frightening rate of nearly half an inch per day at one point. After reading that oxygen therapy can help heal burns and necrotizing insect bites, I ordered a can of boost oxygen. Over the course of about ten days, I inhaled small puffs and held the oxygen in my lungs. The wound began to heal significantly within 24 hours, and it was fully healed in about 7 days. Miracle. I've used oxygen supplementation to help me heal faster from cuts, bruises, scorpion and spider bites, chronic bronchitis, sinus infections, and oral surgery since then. Boost is now a staple in my medicine cabinet at home.
This was purchased in anticipation of a cross-country trip in which we would be camping at elevations ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 feet. Altitude sickness could be a problem because we live at less than 800 feet above sea level and have only climbed to 5,000 feet. We didn't see how it could possibly be beneficial. br>The contents of the cans appeared to be accurate. In a can, there was plenty of oxygen. I don't believe we were taken advantage of, as some have claimed. It's only air, after all. It doesn't have any weight. br>We camped at 10,500 feet in Colorado and were out of breath just walking around the campground loop. Inhaling from the can seemed to have no effect. My wife awoke the next morning with a severe headache, and using the oxygen had no effect. br>At another altitude of around 9,000 feet, we had the same experience. Walking even a short distance made it difficult to breathe, and multiple oxygen breaths didn't seem to help. br>On the trip, we only used one can, which is still full. We may not have used enough to receive the benefit, but we did follow the instructions.
There is no taste or odor. Although it increased my O2 levels, it also made me dizzy. It had been a test of sorts. Maybe if I lose some belly fat, I'll be able to get rid of the shortness of breath I've been experiencing for a long time.
I believe I would prefer oxygen to steroids.
The convenience was appealing to us. My husband, who suffers from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, was unable to use his oxygen because he was without it. It worked well for him, and he was able to transport it in his car. It was a huge help. This is a fantastic product that is well worth the money.
