Hair straighteners were on my wish list. I was researching the best hair products for my fine, limp hair. My hair would benefit from the ceramic tourmaline the most. I also desired a hair straightener and curler. This is the one I went with. It has a 360-degree swivel cord, so I won't get tangled in it while curling or straightening my hair. It has various temperatures that I can select for my safety, so I don't burn or overheat my hair or extensions if I have them! I like how it turns off after 60 minutes if I'm not using it, so if I start styling my hair and have to stop, it's not a big deal. If I take too long doing other things, I forget to turn it off. It is going to be turned off. It includes a carrying case, two hair clips, a heat resistant glove, a comb attachment, and instructions.

It's a little too hot. January 20, 2022 UPDATE: The mechanism that keeps it closed for travel has failed, causing the iron to become stuck open and difficult to use. It's possible that I'll have to buy a new iron. Is a lifecycle of two years appropriate? br>br>UPDATE (May 20, 2021): My flat iron hasn't failed me yet! It's used a lot for curling and flattening. It functions exactly as it did on the first day, and I'm pleased with the overall quality. I've also improved my handling skills to the point where I no longer need to use the glove (I usually use the 375 setting). It comes highly recommended! Curling my hair with a flat iron has been a long-time favorite of mine, and this model makes it even easier. This is a great tool to use if you prefer a beach curl/wave look to perfect cylindrical curls. Advantages: br>br>

- This iron is a little hotter to handle than the others I've had before. The glove is required for use because the heat transfer around the tip makes it far too easy to burn oneself! (She knows what she's talking about. ) )
- I can't seem to get the temperature up to 355 degrees. At 340 and 375, the dial will come to a halt. 355 will flash between 355 and 340 but will not stay at 355 for any length of time. Overall, this iron is effective and produces excellent results. Just make sure you're wearing your glove!.

Most of the irons I've ever used didn't have temperature control, leaving my hair feeling like it was on fire; I couldn't even handle my own hair after using some of my previous irons because they were so hot. br>br>I wasn't expecting much from the flat iron, to be honest. It didn't appear to be as nice as some of the higher-end high-end high-end high-end high-end high-end high- I was desperate for a new iron and decided to go with one of the lower-end models. I'm glad I took the chance! The following are a few highlights:

- First and foremost, the iron came with a lot of extras! I like the clips because they make it easier for me to manage my hair when it's hot, and the comb helped me get rid of all of my baby hairs and achieve a nice, even straightening.
- The iron is beautiful in and of itself! Because you can control the temperature at which you iron your hair with this model, I was able to increase it to the "thick/corse" range (around 375) without putting my hair in danger. The temperature can be controlled from the bottom of the iron, and the temperature is displayed on a large digital readout. A line of blue led lights appears on the readout to indicate when it is warming up and when it is finished. This is great because it ensures that I'm straightening at the right temperature for me, rather than getting too hot or cold.
- I couldn't believe it, but I had to tape the iron (DO NOT RECOMMEND) to make sure it was actually on because my hair was so cool to the touch right after using it. I was able to style my hair more easily because I could easily handle it! br>br>Overall, I am very pleased with this product; however, my hair did not appear to be overly shiny as a result of its use; However, I believe that this is due to the products I used rather than the iron. If you don't want to spend hundreds on more expensive brands, this is an excellent iron to use for the price and the payoff!.
