When I spoke with an Amazon representative, she informed me that it was a used item; however, the seller never discloses the product's condition. Because the seller never disclosed the true condition of the product when I bought it, I had no idea it was used. I was under the impression that I was purchasing a brand new item; however, whether the item is used, refurbished, or brand new, it must not be defective when sold to customers. When I received my order, I discovered a plastic bag containing the product had been opened, as well as a return label attached to the package box and sealed with a white paper. That means the same box was sold to someone and then returned (presumably with the same quality issue), and the seller was aware that the product was defective but still wanted to sell it for $, a very dishonest seller.

Everything has been tried- even the most expensive flat irons- in vain My hair was either too flat, too frizzy, or just straight up dry and damaged as a result of them. I came across this product and decided to give it a shot because it had large plates and was ceramic, which was exactly what I needed, and I swear it is SO FREAKING GOOD! This flat iron has a hold on me. It has temperature control settings and is very gentle on my hair while straightening it beautifully. I like how I can get close to the roots and still have my hair last all day. I'm blown away by how well it works. You can't go wrong for the price. I would strongly suggest it.

Using the power button, I was unable to turn it on. When it arrived, it was broken! Why are you wasting people's time with this mediocre nonsense, Amazon?.

The straightener on the end of the table had broken. I simply couldn't justify spending $150 when there were so many other options. After reading the reviews, I decided to go with this one. I absolutely adore it! My hair feels silky smooth after using it. It's at a perfect temperature, and it's easy to tell when it's done. It's ready as soon as I turn it on and brush my teeth! The tool's buttons are well-placed. It has an auto shut-off feature, which I really like. The cord's length and size are both acceptable. My only criticism is that it flashes a blue light even when it is turned off, which may cause others to become confused. I usually unplug it to avoid confusing my husband with the light, but if I could, I would give it ten stars!.

Much faster than any other program I've ever used - Furthermore, the surface has a soft matte finish that is extremely pleasant to the touch. Switching between temperatures is also quick, though cooling down takes a while. To turn it on or off, you must hold down the power button for a few seconds, which at first perplexed me, but once I figured it out, I realized this is a great feature because it prevents you from accidentally turning the iron off while you're using it! I wish there was another way to close or lock it besides wrapping the cord around the base and holding it shut, but considering the low price and high quality, I don't mind. My stylist suggested this brand to me, and I'm glad I took her advice!.

I like how big it is and how easy it is to change the temperature. My girlfriend had one, and after trying it, I knew I had to get one for myself. I would strongly suggest it.
