Above where you insert the cord, there is a release knob. The arrows on the cord and the arrows on the iron must be lined up.

Is it possible to set a temperature that you can't change?

I tried it without reading the instructions first. So I'm not sure if the temperature can be locked.

I believe the on/off switch is in an inconvenient location. It should be on the inside. br>I've tried several times to use this item and I keep pressing the off button. I'm supposed to raise my hand higher on the plates, but that doesn't work out because it burns you. I tried using the heat glove, but it was too thick to use and didn't help me curl or straighten my hair. It functions well, but the engineering isn't up to par.

I really enjoy this two-in-one! I previously purchased a straightener and a curler, and they've become so inconvenient when I want to straighten and curl at the same time; this 2 in 1 has saved my life! It also heats up quickly, taking only a few seconds. Also of excellent quality, and the carrying bag comes in handy for keeping things organized!.

I'm sorry to say this, but I don't care for it. Because it's so light, I feel like I have to grip it very tightly to apply enough pressure to my hair. My thumb frequently hits the power button due to the thinness of the plates. br>On the plus side, it heats up quickly and comes with a detachable cord to make travel easier.

I followed the directions and put it to the test. It'll straighten your hair to a satisfactory degree. It does, however, result in static in your hair. After that, I attempted to curl my hair, but it did not curl. Because I have semi-thick hair, I even increased the heat. No curl. The power button is located in an inconvenient location. It gets a lot of bumps while you're trying to use the iron, which causes it to shut down or heat up more. It is not something I would suggest.

Even on the most difficult hair, it works wonders

My daughter's hair is thick, but it's thin and won't hold a curl. Normally, I'd have to use a tiny wand and a lot of product, then finger curl it and leave it overnight to get perfect curls, but tonight I have loose, perfect curls. I experimented with this and ended up with lovely curls, not tight ringlets, but more than a couple of waves. And it didn't require a lot of product!! This is a fantastic tool that I wholeheartedly recommend!.

Thank you for a great product that is not too hot, of good quality, and at a reasonable price. The item heats up quickly and can be adjusted in temperature. Depending on the quality of your hair, you can alter the problem. And you can use a small amount of essential oils to cover the entire head of hair. It hasn't lost its scent since it was used. It has a very light odor. It's not dry, I really like it, and the product is extremely valuable!.
