It's something I'm not convinced of. The products are excellent, as stated, but they have an unpleasant perm smell that lingers for weeks. Otherwise, it won't work.

It was simple to use and fast. My son's hair is non-frizzy, straight, and well-tamed after only one application (which was only left on for 10 minutes). The odor, on the other hand, is revolting. It smelled so bad that everyone in the house complained about it. My bathroom window had to be left open for an entire day, and it still smells a little after three days. Also, after three days and four showers, my son's hair smells like the product. The odor is still as strong as it was on day one, and everyone in the room can smell the toxic perm when he walks in. Despite the fact that I am pleased with the final product, I will discard the remainder and will not purchase again because the odor is so strong and long-lasting.
br>br>I followed the instructions exactly, but the outcome is disappointing. My hair does not stick up on top, but it does not stay down on the sides or in the back (due to its shorter length). br>br>It might work if you have longer hair, but anything under an inch is probably not going to work. br>br>PS: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words " Avoid getting it in your eyes by thoroughly washing it out. The product got stuck in my hair, on my pillow case, and in my eye. For a few days, my eye was irritated.
Although this is my first time using a down perm, I can confidently state that the difference after using this product is minimal, if at all. Maybe it's because my hair isn't quite as long as the model on the packaging, but I don't think it's worth it. br>br>Like everyone else has said, this product stinks to high heaven. It will also linger in your hair for a long time, so I wouldn't recommend it, particularly if your hair is short.
If your hair is longer, go ahead and be a little more generous. But from now on, whenever I need something, I'll order it from here. I believe there is enough in the bottle for 2 people. 3 times. I bought this product to try to flatten my thick hair that has been sticking up as it grows in. It flattened a little bit when I used it, not as much as I would have liked, but it did the job. The only issue is that IT SMELLS BAD. It's truly awful. And I've had perms in the past, but none of them smelled as bad as this one. It left a week's worth of odor in my house. And my hair, too, for a long time. I tried to air out my house by leaving the windows open all day, but it didn't work. I'm not going to use the product again solely because of the smell. I'd rather have porcupine hedgehog hair than have to put up with the stench of this product once more.
This perm works best on hair that is about an inch long, and the effects last about a week and a half, depending on how quickly your hair grows. This product, on the other hand, has a very strong odor. When you visit a hair salon, you are most likely to smell a chemical odor. Even with regular showers, the main issue is that it lasts for more than a week. If you're going to use it, I'd recommend waiting a few days before doing any close-ups. Quarterly meetings are held. Also, I'd recommend applying it outside because the perm smell will linger for a while wherever you apply it. It's definitely useful when you need it, but Black Monster needs to address the odor because it's a dealbreaker for most people.
There will be no smearing because there will be no sticky residue. It's a good idea to wear a mask to protect your face.
I've used this product twice now, and it does a great job of reducing my side hair. When you feel like your newly grown hair needs to be permed down again, it lasts about a month. But the good news is that it works, though it takes a little practice to fully perm down (use a sufficient amount of product, if not an excessive amount, and apply it THOROUGHLY to the hair). However, when enough product is applied to the hair, the skin beneath and around the ear (if accidentally touched) feels incredibly BURNING, which I was concerned about, but the premed down I tried in the salon feels itchy.
