It's the last time I'll order it online. A bad batch was delivered to me. Before I meet with my clients, I always apply my products to my own hair. My hair shedded a lot after I used it on it. By the handful, I was combing out strands of hair. I also used it on one of my clients, and her hair experienced the same results. I've had to take special care of our hair in order to avoid cutting it. As a result, I recommend ordering directly from the company because you never know how long these items will be sitting in their warehouse.
I am a regular user of Nairobi products. This relaxer comes in a smaller size with a separate liquid applicator, which I usually buy. I bought this container to avoid having to mix things up. My hair was not as straightened with this relaxer. Because my hair is thin, straightening it doesn't take long. When I wrapped my hair in a silk scarf at night, it also burned my scalp and caused itching. I felt let down. My hair became silky again after I returned to using the small relaxer with the liquid applicator.
This product burned my scalp so badly that it began burning as soon as I applied it, and because it burned so badly, I had to wash it out so quickly that my hair never straightened. THE WORST PERM IN THE HISTORY OF PERMISSIONS!.

My hair is not relaxed with this product. My hair isn't processed, so it burns my scalp. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and used it three times without any results. I'm afraid I'm too late to return it; otherwise, I would have done so.
My hair will be ready if/when we have another outbreak!.
It's only for my edges that I use it for. However, because my hair is not coarse, I use and enjoy this product on a regular basis.
