If you want to go to Grandma's house for dinner, this should be the food you bring. In just a few steps, I can be with her family again when I zoom up the ramp. Leaving the house is not an option for me anymore. This means that I can now go back and forth between the camera shop and the supermarket. My first thought when I discovered that I couldn't walk again was that I would have to stop taking pictures because you have to walk two steps to get into the store. Having seen the ramp I received, they are actually going to order one, so if anyone shows up with a power wheelchair or scooter in the shop now they will be able to use it. The mood is not good. A box that said "open box" was purchased by me It came in "very good condition. " and was missing some items, and the ramp itself came in a torn-up box, bottom left corner had a bend. We did not receive the safety DVD and steel security pins that were supposed to arrive with the order. However, I am sure you can find a video on Youtube that relates to this ramp, but the fact that there were no security pins and the ramp was damaged, is not acceptable.

I bought it off Amazon in an open box. After straightening the bent bits, I could get the box to work. The box was bent and beat up, and the box hardly in tact. Having used it twice now, I have been able to allow a newly disabled family member to enter my home for vacations. I believe it can be broken into two parts for easier transport. It's well built and a bit heavy. However, I believe it can be separated for easier transportation. You can step on it, just don't step in the middle. Your weight should be at the outer edge instead. A very sturdy and convenient tool that is both light in weight and easy to operate. The ramp is 7 feet long, and I purchased it for the back of my van. The ramp is sturdy enough to support my son's wheelchair, which weighs 260 pounds. Our ramp is only used for wheelchairs. We do not place the patient on it. The ramp here is just a little too steep and I dislike picking this one instead of a 8 or 10 foot ramp.

It was my intention to help my mother by buying a ramp to help load and unload her wheelchair but it actually caused more trouble than it was worth. I was scratched a few times, and it was easier just to disassemble it into the car and put it together again to get it where it was going. Furthermore, the machine is quite heavy and takes up a lot of room in the car when I transport it. The ramp looks great! A wheelchair can sometimes be needed for me when I am in the beginning stages of RA, but I nearly always do not require one. As I did not want a permanent ramp, I did not require one. Having this chair allowed me to visit the state fair with my daughter and grandson, something that I would not have been able to do otherwise. The setup of the television was not a problem for my daughter since she is small. In no time at all, she could load it into the van. This is a very sturdy piece of furniture. Now I can also take my dog for a walk using it when I get my chair in and out of my house.
