An elderly woman would seem to be carrying too much weight. There are a lot of sharp edges on it. The floor you rest this on will also be cut into by the cutting. As a result of my durability tests, my brick is scratched all over. Despite its poor construction, the folding system is effective. Trying to fold or unfold this floppy design, people's fingers and hands are likely to get pinched. It is good for outside use, but it does seem like it is susceptible to sliding It is recommended that you line the bottom edges with rubber to prevent the shelf It is not a design I would choose again as I needed a few more of these.
As a wheelchair user, I was searching for a ramp to make my home more accessible. This ramp seems to be what I am looking for. To be honest, I was unsure to buy this at first but have since decided to get it. Having read the reviews a little more closely, I should have taken more time. In addition to being useful, this ramp is also a little dangerous and will damage flooring, as other people have said. With the edges being sharp and the folding aspect making your fingers likely to get caught and pinched, this is a dangerous product. There was good traction on the nonskid surface, otherwise you can't really say much have observed, the edge of the cut is very sharp.
In order to accommodate a wheelchair, we required a ramp. I have found this to be perfect for what I have to do. There is no doubt that this ramp is strong and durable. It will not stay folded when I need to store it, but I have not found a solution for that.
It is extremely important that you measure the whole drop of the The minimum height I should have had was 8 feet. * Length varies. The 6 foot one I purchased is brand new. As far as my needs go, it works well enough. As good as any on the market in terms of materials and build quality. It is easy to fold and carry.
After returning the item to the manufacturer, it was replaced. This product is very well constructed and very Please accept my apology for not being able to use.
It is just what I needed to get my mother out of the house and into a nursing home. We would prefer a carpet with some padding on it to match the room's quietness.
When closed, it was supposed to have clips that kept it together, but they didn't come with it. It is next to impossible to move without pinching yourself all the time. Not what it has been.
