Questions & Answers
Stand next to the cane in your everyday shoes. Make sure the handle is level with your wrist, especially the bendable part. For cane adjustment, this is the industry standard. Good luck
The handle is, indeed, supple.
The cane's foot has never smelled like that before.
No, I didn't do it.

My cane, which I affectionately named "Benny," has been a steadfast companion to me. It is certain- Even on carpeted surfaces, it is well-footed and stands alone. My balance isn't what it used to be, so "Benny" assists me in staying upright and providing support when my steps are shaky.
I have a variety of canes, but I needed one with a four-pronged bottom tip and a comfortable handle. I used to use a Big Alex one, but it has a difficult handle and isn't very good at standing up. I had to rest it against something most of the time. Although this one is a little heavier, it is far more comfortable to use. The handle is covered in soft foam and is offset, giving you more surface area to grip. When you step on it, it feels softer because it is made entirely of rubber. It appears to absorb shock more effectively than other canes. I appreciate that they included a regular tip in addition to the wide one, as I transitioned from a walker to this type of cane after hip replacement. So, as I progress, I'll be able to return to the standard tip. This cane is solid and stable. It's very sturdy, so I'd recommend it to anyone who uses a cane, especially those who are heavier.
If the rubber base that keeps the cane from falling over is on it, it has no stability at all. Leaning on it even slightly causes it to wobble in all directions. It'll be returned to you.
It's simple to get up. Because I'm short, I was concerned that this cane wouldn't fit me properly, but it does, and I highly recommend it.
This is the cane I got to use because I've started using one for support because of a bad leg and balance. It's holding up well (I've mostly used it around the house), and it's light and easy to adjust. br>When I need to set the cane down a lot, I use the quad end, and when I can lean it up against things, I use the standard end (as shown in the photo). br>Overall, it works well, though I'm not sure how/if I'll be able to use the folding feature; however, it's adequate for my needs.
This is a strong cane that will not easily tip over. I had another cane that was advertised as being able to stand on its own, but I had to replace it with this one, which has four feet projections. It really works. It was more important to have a sturdy cane that could stand up on its own, so it was a little heavier than others.
This cane is great, but I have to be careful not to step on the foot of it because it pulls apart and can cause injury if not caught right away.
The best part is that it is portable and foldable when not in use! It is something I strongly suggest.
