A few months ago, I hit the cane by accident. The handle was a little beaten up, but the post was only scratched. I contacted the seller and inquired if they would sell just the handle, which they agreed to do. So I ordered the handle, and when it arrived, it didn't fit the post, so I contacted the seller again, and they agreed to send me a new post at no cost to me. It may take a while for them to get it to you (it's in another country), but it'll be well worth the wait. I was blown away by how good it looks when I first saw it. It's also easy to use, unlike my metal canes, which are much heavier. Compared to my metal canes, this wood cane feels a lot more solid and lighter. This purchase has exceeded my expectations, and I am considering making a second purchase.
